Terms and Conditions - Placements
• Please fill the application form completely and furnish all details required there in.
• Please enclose attested copies of relevant certificates along with two stamp size photographs.
• The completed admission form must reach us before the last date for admissions. AHERF or Medvarsity is not responsible for any postal delays.
• Application for online course to be posted to Medvarsity Online Ltd, Life Sciences Building, Apollo Hospitals, Film Nagar, Hyderabad-96 A.P., India
• All disputes with regard to this course are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
• DD should be made in the name of “Medvarsity Online Ltd.” payable at Hyderabad.
• ONLINE PAYMENT CAN BE DONE USING CREDIT CARD. Click on “Payments” in the home page of www.medvarsity.com.
• Certificate of course completion would be awarded only after payment of full fee and successfully passing the final Exam.
• The course Fee is inclusive of all taxes.
• Medvarsity reserves the right to disqualify a candidate for providing false information, submitting improper documents or for misconduct in a particular course.
• Medvarsity reserves the right to revise / change the curriculum, the course structure or course delivery methodology without prior notice.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded . Fee transfer to other person is not entertained under any circumstances.
• Switching to other Medvarsity courses is allowed subject to approval by Academic council within 3 months of enrollment. No refunds or no fee adjustments would be
made in this regard.
• Candidates shall be eligible to attend contact program only after full payment of fee and successfully completing study modules, internal exams and any other criterion
set by course coordinator.
• Contact programs wherever applicable shall be conducted in batches and therefore may not start immediately after completion of study modules. This may result in
extended duration of the entire course.
• There shall be a minimum batch size to conduct contact program. In the event of the batch size being below the minimum number, contact program shall be moved to
next batch.
• Eligible candidates shall be informed about the dates of Contact programs in advance. Once intimated, it is necessary for the candidate to attend the contact program.
In the event candidate is not able to attend the contact program, Medvarsity shall not be held responsible. Medvarsity shall try to accommodate such candidates in the
contact program for subsequent batch but shall not be liable to do so.
• The course is to be completed in the stipulated duration. Every course is provided a grace extension of 6 months beyond which a reactivation fee of Rs.2500 is
chargeable for course duration extension.
• In the event a candidate does not pass final exam, he/she may be allowed for reattempt only after paying necessary exam fee as prescribed in the prospectus.
• All disputes with regard to this course are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
• No cash is accepted towards fee. All payments to be made vide DD/Cheque/Online Payment/EDC machines/Funds transfer only.
• In case of provisional admission if the candidate is found to be ineligible Rs.1000/- will be deducted as application and processing charges and the rest of the fee will be
refunded in 30 days.
1. Placement assistance is a facility provided by Medvarsity Online Limited and placements are NOT guaranteed to any student.
2. All the students who have successfully completed the course and are seeking employment may register with placement division of Medvarsity Online within sixmonths from the date of completion. However, students not interested in placements are requested not to register.
3. It is compulsory for all the students registered with placement division to fill up the prescribed registration form and submit their resume to Placement division ofMedvarsity Online Limited.
4. Students may have to modify the resume depending on the job requirements made by the company.
5. If there are any changes in contact details, registered students are advised to update their contact details immediately with placement division.
6. Placement assistance will be provided for one year only.
a. Placement assistance is given to the student for Six months only from the date of registration with Placement Division of Medvarsity Online. Oncompletion of the Six months from the date of registration, irrespective of whether the students get a job or not, his / her name will be removed from thedatabase.
b. However, if the student wishes to continue to get the placement assistance for another Six Months he/she has to pay a nominal re-registration feeprevailing at that point of time.
7. Placement division will send you the job descriptions of the openings to the email addresses provided at the time of registration. The same job description will beavailable on the placement section of Medvarsity website. The mail will also mention the deadline / time frame to respond. Placement division is not responsible forthe delay in communication from students end and will not forward the resumes to the organization if the student does not respond within the deadline / time frame.
8. Registered students are advised to read the job descriptions, go through the company web sites and apply only if interested.
9. Placement division will inform you about your shortlisting and interview schedule only after receiving information / communication from the respectiveorganization.
10. It is compulsory for all the shortlisted students to attend the interview with the organization failing which placement assistance will be withdrawn and will not receivecommunication about the future opportunities / openings.
11. Student must be formally dressed whenever they attend interview. Generally preferable dress code for Gents – Formal dark pant with light shirt, neck tie andformal shoes and for Ladies – Churidar / Salwar / Shirt-Pant with overcoat and shoes.
12. While going for interview students are advised to carry hardcopy of their resume, passport size photograph, Photo identity proof, certificates and any other specificdocument asked by the employer.
13. There is a possibility that the all the registered students may not get the opportunities in or from their hometowns only and hence are required to travel for attending interviews. Travelling charges for attending interviews are to be borne by the students only.
14. Wherever there is a possibility, the placement division will try and arrange interviews telephonically or through Skype. Hence students are advised to have aSkype account.
15. Student is bound to accept the job offer of a company, once selected, and join the same organization. In case, students decide not to join the company, they shouldinform the company in writing with reasons. They are also required to submit a copy of that letter to the Placement division. The placement division will stop furtherassistance to such students in the future.
16. Once selected, the students name will be removed from the registered list and will not be communicated about the future openings.
17. If any student gets placed through our efforts, the student is bound to send a copy of the Offer letter to Medvarsity Online for our official records.
18. Medvarsity is not responsible to provide placement assistance again to a candidate who gets an offer and doesn’t join the organization or leaves theorganization after joining.
19. A registered student is advised to inform us, if he gets a job and joins any organization through his own efforts.
20. Placement rules are reviewed periodically and are changed accordingly; the changes will be intimated to the registered students by emails only and they have toabide by them.

An individual research project on some novel aspect of Sports Rehabilitation and Prevention shall be completed. Students shall be assigned a supervisor with whom the research topic must be agreed. The proposal must be accepted by the course committee prior to commencement. Ethical approval for research projects will be sought where necessary.
The course is divided into 4 study modules each having an assessment. All these assessments are online and objective.
The project work to done during the course is mandatory.The contact program of 2 weeks duration is an integral part of the course.
The final exam, which is again online and objective in nature,is conducted at the end of the course following the completion of all the above.
