The O-ring is conveniently located in the disc for easier cap cleaning and increased Hygiene. This permits a lower outer-face profile to reduce bearding (build-up) whilst delivering the added benefit of greater cap strength at high pressure.
Protected against impact damage during operation and cleaning, the female thread system protects all vital sealing and thread forms in the lance, reducing damage and replacement costs.

Concentric Clasp Technology (CCT)
CCT system is an axial wear part alignment system which is not dependent on tight cap bore contact of wear parts. Keeping wear parts concentrically aligned with cap profile and fluid path. Save time and money with consistent spray performance and easy carbide extraction without breakage.

With the improved CCT Mini cap profiles comes easier cleaning and maintenance of your spray dry nozzles. The smooth internal profile of the caps helps to prevent product residue lodged in the thread crevices.
This reduces the risk of contamination and significantly increase product life and work efficiency.

Improved spray performance means better particle size and ultimately, quality powder. Spray performance is directly related to flow dynamics through the nozzle.
Awarded by industry for quality improvements, SNE was the first company to introduce the concept of 'positive-concentricity' to the field of spray dry nozzle technology. At the heart of this concept is the optional CCT alignment clasp ensuring all parts are held in total concentricity as they are inserted and assembled into the nozzle cap.
This state of concentricity is critical for consistent spray quality and performance. Many other nozzle system without clasp alignment technology, could easily allow parts to move or mis-align during assembly, thus affecting flow, pressure, spray performance and ultimately powder quality.

Did you know that spray dry nozzles are required to comply to pressure piping codes such as ASME B31.1 and international O-ring sealing codes, that will limit many older nozzle systems still in use. Your nozzle may be operating in excess of those limits.
The Click&Dry™ Hi-Flo Mini nozzle was the first spray dry nozzle to introduce high strength caps 'No-Gap axial seal' technology - the true compressive seal that does not require backing rings and can be used on high and low pressure dryers alike.
Concentricity Clasp Technology
With CCT, parts are always located correctly every time, and with our unique clasp system, your precious wear parts can be aligned for ultimate spray performance.
With EasyOut clasp, wear parts are also removed easily without the need for impact force removal, leading to carbide breakage as seen on some systems in use.
Cleanability
The Push-Fit Concentric Clasp Technology using Seal-In-Disc™ wear parts, gives stronger lower profile caps that have a smoother internal finish without internal cap O-ring grooves. This increases hygiene and reduce change-out and cleaning times.
Cross thread resistance
Heavy duty protected female threaded lance fittings which are highly resistant to normal impact damage during lance handling. This improved design also extends to the cap itself.
Check Valve Drip-Pro™
Heavy duty Check Valve reduces the problem of dripping and scorched particles. Replaceable seals not only allows a number of sealing options but its new high flow design runs longer than previous designs and is easily removed for cleaning. This 'open-port' design can be run on all drier types.

Stop 'tool to carbide' force contact and costly premature wear part breakage
Our range of 1 or 2-handed wrenches allows cap tightening or removal with gloves on during high pressure lance changes.
The original Click&Dry™ Mult-tool shown as ''No-Force' separation aid can also be used in single form to make change our easy and simple.
With the bench tool, operators can assemble the clasp and cap securely in position. The swirl removal tool is the key to stopping precious wear part impact damage which can lead to costly wear part damage and possible fractures under high operating pressures.
No carbide contact extraction tool for nozzles that are heavily soiled during operation. Stuck wear parts can be removed with a simple twist with no damage to expensive carbide parts allowing your parts to run natural cycles rather than premature break.
