The O-ring is conveniently located in the disc for easier cap cleaning and increased Hygiene. This permits a lower outer-face profile to reduce bearding (build-up) whilst delivering the added benefit of greater cap strength at high pressure.

Did you know that spray dry nozzles are required to comply to pressure piping codes such as ASME B31.1 and international O-ring sealing codes, that will limit many older nozzle systems still in use. Your nozzle may be operating in excess of those limits.

Cleanability

The Push-Fit Concentric Clasp Technology using Seal-In-Disc™ wear parts, gives stronger lower profile caps that have a smoother internal finish without internal cap O-ring grooves. This increases hygiene and reduce change-out and cleaning times.

Cross thread resistance

Heavy duty protected female threaded lance fittings which are highly resistant to normal impact damage during lance handling. This improved design also extends to the cap itself.

Heavy duty Check Valve reduces the problem of dripping and scorched particles. Replaceable seals not only allows a number of sealing options but its new high flow design runs longer than previous designs and is easily removed for cleaning. This 'open-port' design can be run on all drier types.

Stop 'tool to carbide' force contact and costly premature wear part breakage

Our range of 1 or 2-handed wrenches allows cap tightening or removal with gloves on during high pressure lance changes.

The original Click&Dry™ Mult-tool shown as ''No-Force' separation aid can also be used in single form to make change our easy and simple.

With the bench tool, operators can assemble the clasp and cap securely in position. The swirl removal tool is the key to stopping precious wear part impact damage which can lead to costly wear part damage and possible fractures under high operating pressures.

No carbide contact extraction tool for nozzles that are heavily soiled during operation. Stuck wear parts can be removed with a simple twist with no damage to expensive carbide parts allowing your parts to run natural cycles rather than premature break.
