Global Base Oil prices for Paraffinic & Naphthenic grades is trying to stabilize at the current levels. Group I Base Oils like SN-150/500/600 inventories are at adequate level. Lighter grades Group II Base Oil N -70/85/110 prices have gained marginally with renewed demand from the buyers. Group III. USA FOB Naphthenic Base Oil prices for heavy grades like Pale 750/2000 are hovering in the price range of USD 985 - 995/975 -985 PMT respectively. Demand for lighter grades Naphthenic base oil N -60 is steady and more demand from Transformer oil manufacturers is also seen. Group II Base Oils lighter grades of approximately 6500 MT is also offered by US refiners at a competitive prices and have been loaded for Asian region. US FOB exports prices for Group I Base Oil are quoted for the grades SN -70 (930 - 935), SN -150 (USD 940 – 945), SN -500 (USD 950- 955), Bright Stock (USD 1045 - 1065) PMT respectively. Group II Base Oil Prices for N -70 (USD 925 - 935), N-110 (USD 955 - 965), N-220 (USD 995 - 1025), N-600 (USD 1035 - 1045) PMT respectively. Domestic US prices are marginally down and are offered for Group I for SN-70/150/500/Bright Stock in the range of USD 1075 -1080/1080- 1085/1085 - 1095/1150 - 1160 per MT. Group II prices have also marked up marginally and are quoted around USD 1060 - 1070/1070 - 1080/1115 - 1120/1165 - 1185 PMT for N -70/100/220/600. Group III Base Oil prices in the domestic market have inched up and at present are quoted for 4 Cst (USD 1690 – 1695 ), 6 Cst (USD 1670 - 1675 ) 8Cst (USD 1615 - 1625 ) PMT respectively. Another parcel of 3500 MT higher viscosity Naphthenic grades are getting ready to be shipped shortly. When Calumet took over the Ashland Chemical plant just south of Louisiana 18 months ago, President Jennifer Straumins promised a bright future.That future was announced Monday, June 24 at a special groundbreaking ceremony at the plant for a new warehouse, chemical storage tank firm and truck-railroad car loading area.The expansion could mean as many as 21 new jobs, according to Calumet Missouri Plant Manager Dave Volpe.“Calumet intends to invest up to $40 million to more than double the production capacity of this facility,” Straumins said.“This was in the works even prior to the sale,” of the old Ashland-Hercules plant to Calumet in November 2011, Straumins said. “We were confident we could do it after the site purchase.”The company currently makes lubricants for jet engines, refrigerators and air conditioning. It will expand its product line with the larger facility.Those include a synthetic oil for vehicles and chemicals for personal care products like cosmetics and pharmaceuticals,” Straumins said.Straumins expects the expansion to be complete in August 2014.“That’s actually really fast for an expansion this size,” she said. The new warehouse will be 11,000 square feet and the project will add two miles of pipe to the premises.The new jobs would bring 17 Calumet workers in with an average pay of $25 and full benefits,” Volpe said. There would also be four new jobs for the contractors who maintain the facility.The 21 new jobs would bring the total at the plant to 46.About 100 workers were at Ashland-Hercules when 70 of them were laid off in the spring of 2011. The

entire plant and 22 acres were sold to Calumet later that year.Another 50 construction workers will also be in the Louisiana area for one year building the plant expansion, Volpe added.The expansion was done with tax incentives provided by the Missouri Department of Economic Development.At the groundbreaking ceremony inside the plant Monday, Volpe noted the last five years have been “somewhat depressing” in eastern Pike County economically.With Calumet’s expansion, “Many families will be raised based on what we’re doing here,”Volpe said. Shell Lubricants was recently honored by Chrysler Group LLC as a 2012 Supplier of the Year for its collaboration with Mopar, Chrysler’s service, parts and customer-care brand. The recognition came during Chrysler’s third annual Strategy Meeting and Supplier Awards Ceremony held June 5, 2013, at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan. The honor was bestowed on the lubricant industry leader based on the company’s commitment to sustainable development, honesty, integrity and superior delivery of quality, cost, supply and innovation.“It is an honor for Shell Lubricants to be recognized by Chrysler Group for our outstanding relationship with Mopar," said Istvan Kapitany, president, Commercial Fuels and Lubricants for the Americas. "This award validates our mission to collaborate closely with customers throughout the design phase of new technologies to provide effective lubricants to help them develop and grow their business successfully. This is a team effort with hundreds of individuals within Shell who touch the Chrysler/Mopar account and work diligently to achieve the success as evidenced by this honor.”Award recipients were determined based on an evaluation of each company’s External Balanced Scorecard performance in 2012 – a rating system that evaluates supplier performance in areas such as quality, delivery, cost, warranty and partnership – and input from Chrysler Group senior leadership."We congratulate Shell Lubricants on receiving the Supplier of the Year Award for their dedication to Mopar," said Sig Huber, director of supplier relations and Mopar purchasing, Chrysler Group LLC. Shell Lubricants also supplies the Chrysler Aftermarket Mopar oil program with premium Mopar, Pennzoil, and Shell engine oils for Chrysler Group vehicles and competitive makes around the world. Castrol Marine has welcomed new guidance from Wärtsilä that undermines claims that mid-range base number (BN) oils represent a single cylinder oil solution for marine 2-stroke engines. The advice confirms Castrol’s long-held concerns that using mid-range BN cylinder oils with higher sulphur fuels when slow steaming could lead to cold corrosion. The engine major has withdrawn approval for mid-range (50-60BN) cylinder oils when used with many marine engines running on Heavy Fuel Oil of above 2.5% sulphur content. New ‘letters of no objection’ to suppliers limit use of mid-range BN oils on all “Wärtsilä RTA, RT-fl ex and W-X engines as well as Sulzer 2-stroke engines” to HFO whose sulphur content is “in the range 0.5.

Base Oil domestic prices in European region are trying to maintain the ground in tandem with the global markets. Prices have marginally down. Demand for grades like heavy neutrals SN - 500 and Bright Stock is received by the refiners and exporters from the end users but at an affordable rate. Prices in the Domestic market at the current level is oscillating in the range of for Group I SN -150 (USD 1025 – 1035), SN –500(1035 - 1040), Bright Stock (USD 1090 - 1100). Demand for Group II and II plus remains status quo but prices are expected to move up. Lighter grades like N -70/150 are being offered in the price range of USD 1065 – 1075, while higher viscosity grades like N -500/600 are quoted around USD 1090 – 1105 PMT in the domestic market. FOB Europe Exports prices are oscillating for Group I SN -150 (USD 975 - 980), SN -500 (980 - 985), Bright Stock (USD 1045 - 1065) PMT respectively.

During the period month of January 2013 to April 2013, Germany imported 292816 MT of Lubricants. The country imported 71491 MT of Lubricants in January 2013, 72205 MT in February, 74852 MT in March and 74268 MT in April 2013. Compared to last month i.e. March 2013, import of the country has decreased by 1% in the month of April 2013. Germany import has gone up by 2% in April 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. April 2012. During the period January to April 2012, Germany imported 307696 MT of Lubricants. Germany Lubricants import has gone down by 5% during January to April 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to April 2012. During the period month of January 2013 to April 2013, Germany exported 378035 MT of Lubricants. The country exported 93128 MT of Lubricants in January 2013, 95712 MT in February, 94462 MT in March and 94733 MT in April 2013. During the period January to April 2012, Germany exported 360329 MT of Lubricants. Germany Lubricants export has gone up by 5% during January to April 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to April 2012. Compared to last month i.e. March 2013, export of the country has increased by 271 MT in the month of April 2013. Germany export has increased by 5% in April 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. April 2012. During the period month of January 2013 to April 2013, Germany consumed 375441 MT of Lubricants. The country consumed 98729 MT in January 2013, 84514 MT in February, 90901 MT in March and 101297 MT in April 2013. Compared to last month i.e. March 2013, consumption of the country has increased by 11% in the month of April 2013. Germany consumption has hiked up by 10% in April 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. April 2012. During the period January to April 2012, Germany consumed 360720 MT of Lubricants. Germany Lubricants consumption has gone up by 4% during January to April 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to April 2012.

China’s demand for base oil remains steady and domestic refiners’ prices at the current level are competitive. Domestic Lubricants blenders are sourcing their requirements from the refiners rather than importing Reportedly, China CFR prices remains stable for SN 150- N 150 (USD 1065 - 1070) SN -500 - N 500 (USD 1070 - 1080),Bright Stock (USD 1085- 1095) PMT respectively. Prices may show resistance at the current level. Some small cargoes of 2000 MT of Group I SN -150/500 of Russian origin are being shipped shortly as prices being competitive to China. During the period January to May 2013, China imported 950869 MT of Base Oil. The country imported 219139 MT of Base Oil in January 2013, 146482 MT in February, 218831 MT in March, 195725 MT in April and 197890 MT in May 2013. During the period January to May 2012, China imported 933486 MT of Base Oil. As per the data analysis by our team, Import of the country has firmed up by 2% during Jan to May 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. Jan to May 2012. Compared to last month i.e. April 2013, import of the country has increased by 1% in the month of May 2013. China import has gone up by 7% in May 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. May 2012. China imported 197890 MT of Base Oil in the month of May 2013. China imported most of its Base Oil from different countries like 74443 MT (38%) from Singapore, 39854 MT (20%) from Korea, 38902 MT (20%) from Taiwan, 19898 MT (10%) from Japan, 9797 MT (5%) from Qatar, 4280 MT (2%) from Malaysia, 3377 MT (2%) from Thailand, 3009 MT (2%) from Finland, 1994 MT (1%) from UAE and 2334 MT (1%) from Other Countries. China imported 197890 MT of Base Oil in the month of May 2013. China imported most of its Base Oil to different ports like 64725 MT (33%) to Nanjing, 32576 MT (16%) to Tianjin, 22916 MT (12%) to Shenzhen, 20640 MT (10%) to Guangzhou, 17616 MT (9%) to Shanghai, 8104 MT (4%) to Gongbei, 7658 MT (4%) to Dalian, 7382 MT (4%) to HangZhou, 5601 MT (3%) to Huangpu, 4308 MT (2%) to Xiamen, 3197 MT (2%) to Ningbo, 1435 MT (1%) to Fuzhou and 1732 MT (1%) to Other Ports. China imported 197890 MT of Base Oil in May 2013. Most of the Base Oil was imported from Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Japan with smaller quantities imported from Thailand, Malaysia, UAE and Qatar. Russian base oil availability is also robust. Prices are finding difficult to maintain the ground .Prices offered in Western Europe have started improving in tandem with the global markets. At the current level prices in the region are quoted for SN -150 (USD 995 – 1000), SN -500 (USD 1000 - 1010) PMT. While, FOB Russia base oil export prices for SN-150 (USD 970 - 975), SN-500 (975 - 980) PMT respectively. OMV Refining & Marketing GmbH has signed an agreement to sell its lubricants business to a subsidiary of Russian Lukoil Group. OMV's lubricants division consists of a sale and distribution organization in Central and Eastern Europe as well as a modern blending plant in Austria. The Austrian energy firm assures that the 74 workers employed in its lubricants businesses in nine countries will retain their jobs. The transaction will not affect the lubricants unit of OMV's Turkish subsidiary- Petrol Ofisi, which continues to be a part of the OMV Group. "This transaction is the next step in the implementation of our strategy to optimize and simplify the Refining and Marketing portfolio", said Manfred Leitner, OMV Executive Board member responsible for Refining and Marketing. OMV and its subsidiaries Petrol Ofisi and Petrom have already concluded several sales as part of the divestment program. Recently concluded transactions include the sale of the subsidiary in Croatia, OMV Hrvatska d.o.o., at the end of May 2013 and the sale of the subsidiary in Bosnia-Herzegovina, OMV BH d.o.o., in March 2013. OMV's strategy aims to gradually shift the weight of the share in capital employed from Refining and Marketing to Exploration and Production. The sale is expected to be closed end of 2013 following approval by the competition authorities; both companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The growth of the automotive market in Indonesia continues to increase. This provides great opportunities for supporting manufacturers of motor vehicles, such as vehicle lubricants. One of them is Shell Lubricants, lubricant manufacturer is planning to build the biggest oil processing plant in Indonesia. As stated by GM Marketing Shell Lubricants Indonesia Kuswantoro Pranabudi, it does not just want to be living in Indonesia. The reason, Indonesia has become a very important market for the sale of Shell Lubricants in Asia. "We are very serious to invest in setting up manufacturing lubricants in Indonesia. Process groundbreaking plan will be carried out in August," said Kuswantor Pranabudi at the launch of Shell Helix products HX8 in Jakarta.

Pranabudi added, Shell Lubricants plant is scheduled to start operations in the first quarter of 2015. The factory is located in Marunda, North Jakarta. "Shell Lubricants plant that we are building production facilities will be approximately 120 thousand tons of oil per year.'s Able to meet all market demand in the country," added Pranabudi. With the construction of Shell Lubricants factory, it will be many benefits to be gained. Shell supplies such products more rapidly, the technology transfer to Indonesia, employment, and proof of investment in Indonesia. Production quotas will be dominated for the fulfillment of the needs of the domestic market in the country. If later there is an excess, will be allocated to the Exports. Base oil prices in West Africa, Nigeria are hovering in a narrow band at the current level. On the pricing part at the domestic level prices has moved up marginally and CFR prices at the current level are quoted for grades SN -150 (1075 - 1095), SN -500 (USD 1115 – 1120), Bright Stock (USD 1125 – 1135) per MT. Some medium sized cargoes are expected shortly of SN -150/500 of approximately 1800 MT from Baltic region. Bright Stock cargoes are expected at Nigeria in the price range of USD 1125 – 1130 PMT. During the period January to April 2013, China imported 215804 MT of Base Oil from Singapore. The country imported 42930 MT of Base Oil in January 2013, 68598 MT in February, 40361 MT in March and 63915 MT in April 2013. During the period Jan to April 2012, China imported 313916 MT of Base Oil from Singapore. Import of the country has decreased by 31% during Jan to April 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to April 2012. Compared to last month i.e. March 2013, import of the country has gone up by 58% in the month of April 2013. China import of Base Oil from Singapore has dipped down by 41% in April 2013, as compared to same period last year i.e. April 2012. Base Oil Prices in Singapore’s domestic market is also following a global trend and treads cautiously as buyers are expecting that the prices may stabilize soon. In the domestic market prices for Group I at the current level are hovering in the region of SN -150 (USD 1025 - 1030), SN -500 (USD 1040 - 1045), Bright Stock (USD 1185 - 1095) PMT. Prices for low VI grades are offered at marginally lower prices by USD 10 – 15 per MT. Group II Base oil prices for J-150 (USD 1060 - 1075), J-500 (1100 - 1115) PMT respectively. FOB Singapore Export prices for Group I SN -150 (USD 990 - 995), SN -500 (USD 995 - 1000), Bright Stock (USD 1070 - 1075) PMT respectively. Group II Export prices for J -150 (USD 1020 - 1025), J-500 (USD 1040 - 1050) PMT respectively. Approximately another 21500 MT scheduled to be shipped by July 15, 2013. During the period Jan to April 2013, Singapore imported 119644 MT of Base Oil. The country imported 48478 MT (41%) from Korea, 26387 MT (22%) from Qatar, 25064 MT (21%) from Japan, 9338 MT (8%) from Thailand, 5312 MT (4%) from Malaysia, 2290 MT (2%) from Indonesia, 899 MT (1%) from Sweden, 697 MT (1%) from Taiwan, 679 MT (1%) from UAE and 500 MT from Other countries. During the period Jan to April 2013, Singapore exported 762070 MT of Base Oil. The country exported 215804 MT (28%) to China, 85917 MT (11%) to Netherlands, 72296 MT (9%) to USA, 64011 MT (8%) to Indonesia, 57079 MT (7%) to Australia, 54946 MT (7%) to Malaysia, 47040 MT (6%) to Thailand, 43994 MT (6%) to India, 35386 MT (5%) to Vietnam, 28201 MT (4%) to Canada, 16875 MT (2%) to Other countries, 14291 MT (2%) to Philippines, 10124 MT (1%) to Japan, 6282 MT (1%) to France, 5368 MT (1%) to Korea and 4456 MT (1%) to Pakistan.

During the period January to May 2013, Thailand imported 105155 MT of Base Oil. The country imported 11891 MT of Base Oil in January 2013, 21336 MT in February, 24046 MT in March, 23488 MT in April and 24394 MT in May 2013. During the period i.e. January to May 2012, Thailand imported 97861 MT of Base Oil. As per the data analysis by our team, Import of the country has increased by 7% during Jan to May 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to May 2012. Compared to last month i.e. April 2013, import of the country has hiked up by 4% in the month of May 2013. Thailand import has gone up by 18% in May 2013 as compared to same period last year i.e. May 2012. During the month of May 2013, Thailand imported 24394 MT of Base oil. The country imported most of its base oil from different countries like 12564 MT (52%) from Singapore, 6936 MT (28%) from Korea, 1829 MT (7%) from Qatar, 1647 MT (7%) from Malaysia, 1331 MT (5%) from Sweden and 87 MT from Other Countries. During the period January to May 2013, Thailand exported 96030 MT of Base Oil. The country exported 13300 MT of Base Oil in January 2013, 16091 MT in February, 22305 MT in March, 13747 MT in April and 30587 MT in May 2013. During the period i.e. January to May 2012, Thailand exported 53632 MT of Base Oil. Export of the country has increased by 79% during Jan to May 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to May 2012. Compared to last month i.e. May 2013, export of the country has increased by 16840 MT in the month of May 2013. Thailand export has jumped up by 19914 MT in May 2013 as compared to same period last year i.e. May 2012. During the month of May 2013, Thailand exported 30587 MT of Base oil. Korean Base stock Prices at present is priced competitively with the global base oil prices. Exports of base oil are catered to by GS -Caltex, S-OIL and SK Energy and are regularly shipped to China, India and Middle East. Due to huge inventories, prices have retraced substantially. But it seems that trend is shifting and prices are trying to stabilize at the current level. At the current level prices have been marked downward. FOB export prices are fluctuating in the range of for N -60/70 (USD 945 - 955), N -150 (USD 985 - 995), N- 500 (USD 1040 – 1075) PMT. A huge quantity of lighter grades will be shipped to India for the manufacture of transformer oils, Liquid Paraffin, Petrolatum, etc. While high viscosity grades, have been shipped to the Middle East and China. Approximately 37000 MT. of base oils are ready to be shipped by July 15, 2013. Korea produced nearly 126810 KL of Lubricating oil in the month of April 2013. The country managed to ship 131095 KL in the said month. Korea has a good demand for the Lubricating oil in the country itself; it has sold 87352 KL in the domestic market and sent only 47705 KL for exports. Inventory level reported at 58602 KL at the end of April 2013. Korea produced nearly 2625 MT of Greases in the month of April 2013. The Countries actual shipment quantity for the month was 2856 MT. Korea sold 2420 MT of Greases in the domestic market whereas only 436 MT were exported to other countries. End of the month inventory levels reported at 2181 MT.

Iranian base oil prices at present showing a realistic value rather than speculative as due to payment problems to facilitate a trade in USD, buyers are not keen to go ahead with the deal. Prices for exports of Neutrals SN -150/500 were drastically reduced by the refiners. FOB Iran exports prices at present it is quoted for SN -150 (USD 950 - 960), SN -500/650 (USD 960 - 965) Rubber Process Oil (USD 665 - 670) PMT respectively. Iranian origin cargoes are now routed through UAE for facilitation of the trade and to receive payment in local currency. Medium sized parcel of approximately 5100 – 5200 MT is scheduled to be loaded this month for Asian region. Base Oil Group I Iran origin cargoes of approximately 7000 MT is scheduled to Middle East for a transhipment purpose and are being offered in the price range of USD 945 - 955/955 - 965 PMT for SN -150/500 respectively. It is also being informed that Bahraian BAPCO Group III Base stock of approximately 4500 MT is scheduled to reach Mumbai port by July 2013 second week. Iranian base oil producers sold 32000 MT of Heavy Lube Oil on the Iran Mercantile Exchange from 16th June 2013 to 30th June 2013. On 16th June 2013, Tondgouyan Oil Refining of Tehran sold 8000 MT of Heavy Lube Cut on Factory Warehouse, at an average price of Rials 15999 PMT. On 18th June 2013, Bandarabbas Oil Refining Co. and Isfahan Oil Refinery Co. sold 2000 MT & 4000 MT of Heavy Lube Cut on Factory Warehouse, at an average price of Rials 15999 PMT respectively. On 25th June 2013, Bandarabbas Oil Refining Co. and Tondgouyan Oil Refining of Tehran sold 6000 MT & 8000 MT of Heavy Lube Cut on Factory Warehouse, at an average price of Rials 16781 PMT respectively. Isfahan Oil Refinery Co. sold 4000 MT of Heavy Lube Cut, on 26th June 2013, on Factory Warehouse, at an average price of Rials 16781 PMT. Base Oil Group II prices in Middle East Gulf are offered much cheaper than Group I Base Oil due to lower prices offered into India by Far east suppliers. Prices for lighter grades are available in the range of USD 1065 – 1065 and for higher grades it is in the range of 1075 – 1075 PMT CIF Middle East Gulf Ports.

TOTAL 32000 The Indian base oil market remains steady with inventories at optimum levels with surplus of imported grades. During the month of May 2013, approximately 180203 MT of base oils of all the grades have been procured at Indian Ports. Major imports are from Korea, Singapore, USA, UAE, Iran, Taiwan, France, UK, Netherlands, Japan, Italy, Belgium, etc. Indian State Oil PSU IOC have marked up their base oil prices for Group I & II by Rs 4.00/4.00/3.50/5.10 per liter on their basic price for their grades SN 70 – H-70/SN 150 –H-150/SN 500 –H-500/Bright Stock effective July 1 2013. BPCL prices are also inched up by Rs 4.00/4.00/3.50 for the grades N-65/150/500 respectively. HPCL also marked their numbers for SN – 70/150/500/ BS-150 by Rs 4.00/4.00/3.50/5.10 per liter on their basic prices. It is being given to understand that importer traders have been hit hard due to sharp devaluation of Indian Rupee against dollar to 59.70 whose payments towards L/C which was due during the month of May 2013. Hefty Discounts are offered by refiners which are in the range of Rs. 12.00 - 15 per liter for buyers who commit to lift above 1500 MT. Group I Base Oil prices for neutrals SN -150/500 (Russian and Iranian origin) are offered in the domestic market at Rs. 57.55 – 57.75/57.75 – 58.30 per liter, excise duty and VAT as applicable Ex Silvassa in bulk for one tanker load. At current level availability is not a concern.

The Indian domestic market, Korean origin Group II plus N-60–70/150/500 prices marked up substantially due to sharp downfall of Indian Rupee. As per conversation with domestic importers and traders prices have inched up for all the above grades and at the current level are quoted in the range of Rs. 58.50 – 58.75/58.95 – 59.00/60.75 - 60.95 per liter in bulk respectively with an additional 14 percent excise duty and VAT as applicable, no Sales tax/Vat if products are offered Ex-Silvassa a tax free zone. The above mentioned prices are offered by a manufacturer who also offers the grades in the domestic market, while another importer trader is offering the grades cheaper by Rs. 0.25 – 0.35 per liter on basic prices. Light Liquid Paraffin (IP) is priced at Rs. 58.75 – 59.25 per liter in bulk and Heavy Liquid paraffin (IP) is Rs. 66.75 – 67.50 per liter in bulk respectively plus taxes extra.

Indian state Oil PSU Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has stopped the supply of aromatic extract (RPO) till further notice as some of the plants are undergoing for modifications. In the domestic market prices for imported grades are moving in a range of Rs. 9150 - 9190 packed in barrels of 205 Kg, plus VAT as applicable. Imports have also been dwindled due to technical issues raised by Indian Customs department. During the period January to May 2013, India imported 838579 MT of Base Oil. The country imported 138109 MT of Base Oil in January 2013, 193980 MT in February, 161937 MT in March, 164349 MT in April and 180203 MT in May 2013. During the period January to May 2012, India imported 830624 MT of Base Oil. Import of the country has increased by 1% during Jan to May 2013, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to May 2012.Compared to last month i.e. April 2013, import of the country has increased by 10% in the month of May 2013. India import has fall down by 4% in May 2013 as compared to same period last year i.e. May 2012. During the month of May 2013, India imported 180203 MT of Base Oil. The country imported 76417 MT (42%) from Korea, 26747 MT (15%) from Singapore, 19148 MT (11%) from USA, 18440 MT (10%) from Taiwan, 11824 MT (7%) from Malaysia, 6698 MT (4%) from Bahrain, 5581 MT (3%) from UAE, 4359 MT (2%) from Pakistan, 3475 MT (2%) from Iran, 2195 MT (1%) from France, 2176 MT (1%) from Netherlands and 3144 MT (2%) from Other countries. India imported the huge quantum in small shipments on different ports like 144525 MT (80%) into Mumbai, 23047 MT (13%) into JNPT, 6385 MT (4%) into Chennai, 4442 MT (2%) into Ennore and 1804 MT (1%) into Other Ports.

India imported roughly 180203 MT of Base Oil in the month of May 2013, which comprises 75225 MT (42%) of Base Oil N-60/70/TOBS/SN-70/SN-90/HVI, 55841 MT (31%) of J-150/N-100/N-150/N-250, 15758 MT (9%) of J-500/N-500/N-600, 11587 MT (6%) of SN-500/AP CORE 600/SN-400, 9963 MT (6%) of SN-100/130/150/APCORE 150/SN-180, 5519 MT (3%) of Naphthenic Transformer Base Oil, 3881 MT (2%) of Bright Stock- 150, 1516 MT (1%) of Hygold 100/500/2000/4000 Tuffalow and 913 MT (1%) of Rubber Process Oil.
