1 - Surface - Using adapter OT-000010
– As a recorder– As a live measurement
2- Downhole - As a recorder
– In a side-pocket mandrel– In a user defined carrier
3- As a live measurement– On a user-defined wireline cable or insulated slicklinecable using communication module 0T-000400
Deployment options - Summary
Slickline, a cabling technology used for oil well completions and maintenanceWireline (cabling), a cabling technology where a current is sent to downhole logging tools in oil well exploration and completions

Surface Deployment• Sensor is connected to pressure line using adapter OT-000010 (ring)• Ring held in place by Autoclave 1/4” OD tubing• Can then be connected to other pressure connection types :
Autoclave, Swagelok, NPT, WECO union, ...
• As a recorder Job is configured using PC, then the sensor is disconnected and
performs the measurement as a stand-alone recorder
• As a live measurement Job is configured using PC, and sensor performs measurement
while still connected to the PC through a coaxial cable
Autoclave end connection.Change to suit your pressure line connection type.

Gas Lift Valve Deployment Principle
• Side pocket mandrels allow the deployment and easy retrieval of gas lift valves to control the injection of gas from the casing
• Gas lift valves can be replaced by “Dummy gas lift valves” to plug the holes when not in use
• These Dummy gas lift valves can be turned into measurement locations when one or more of their parts are replaced by a recording sensor

Downhole Live Measurement Deployment
• At the end of a wireline cable used to communicate electrically from sensor to surface
• Casing is used as electrical ground reference if using an insulated slickline cable
• Configuration must be defined with client to suit the cable specs.

Expected deployment with acoustic communication
• Sensor communicates acoustically with transceiver a few tens of meters from surface• Sensor deployed in horizontal segment communicates acoustically with transceiver in the vertical tubing

The Permanent Gauge Assembly system. There is a room that is taken into sandwitch between the gauge and mandrel which seals with a metal to metal contact. The mandrel (tube on which the gauge is attached) must be designed and manufactured according to customer specifications (diameter production casing diameter, type of steel, thread type).
