Petit Robert Central Chef Jacky Robert joined forces with HGTV designer Taniya Nayak to open Petit Robert Central, a charming French bistro located in the heart of Boston’s Downtown Crossing. The overall aesthetic of the restaurant is upscale yet relaxed and features rich textures, a fresh color palette, and beautiful flooring by Mats Inc. Nayak took a chic yet comfortable approach to the design of the 10,000 square foot space, and selected Better Together™ flooring to complement this motif. Better Together™ combines the timeless, natural wood look of Floorworks® Planks with the distinct, contemporary texture of Bolon® to create an unexpected and elegant contrast. The result is a sophisticated design that is functional, easy to clean, and incredibly durable. What interested Nayak most about Better Together™ flooring was the fact that she wouldn’t have to sacrifice great design for superior performance.
