The London Borough of Hounslow would like to thank all our residents who participated in the consultations for the proposed refurbishment and development at Burlington Close and Burlington House. We held a pre-planning engagement event on the 10th September 2019, where we met with residents to hear their views on the proposals for Burlington Close and Burlington House. We have since obtained planning approval to build 61 family homes at Burlington Close. We are now writing to update you on the proposals at Burlington House. We have amended the scheme to now provide five flats rather than six. As part of our normal engagement process, we would have arranged a resident engagement meeting. However, due to the COVID-19 emergency – this means that it is not currently possible to hold public meetings during this period. However, we would still like to hear from you and encourage you to provide your comments. To assist, we have enclosed a set of drawings of the latest designs or alternatively, you can view more information and submit your views online through the council’s website – following this link: https://burlingtoncloseandhouse.commonplace.is/. Please note the consultation will close on the 25th May, 2020 If you do not have access to the internet and wish to provide your feedback, then please contact the phone number at the top of this letter. Please also note that, once the application is submitted for planning, you will have a further opportunity to comment on the proposal as part of the statutory planning consultation process.
