• Existing balcony, service verandah, wardrobe

projections retained for massing treatment

• Service verandah has brick parapet and handrail to

enhance utility

• Balcony has glass handrail to enhance leisure and views

• 3 colors used to bring visual variation

• Chajja projection brought down vertically upto sill level

as a simple elevation feature
