U have to select any of them, I have to select quality scale

Goto new entries

Create the texts like1 - good

2 - Very good3 - Excellent.

Create the appraisal model

Ex:

Plant manager appraisal model

Form of appraisal : select performance appraisal

Appraisal type : select individual appraisal

Step 5: Select Results option in menu bar

In that u select the scale of ours (performance scale)

Step 6: Click on the No entry

Go to save option Goto continue (tick mark)

After graph is coming

In that u have to select our appraisal model

Ex: plant manager

It is asking criteria group, criteria

First select the criteria group

In that select search term (search the name of the employees)
