contains 54 premier rooms, 13 luxury tents, 2 luxury villa , 1 royal tent and 1 royal villa.

Job role:

Room attendant

I have handled all types of room categories and I am usually chosen by the management to handle the Royal villa or Royal tent to take care of any VIP movement..Apart from learning a room attendants role I have also learnt about –

Lost and found handlingProper storing and record keeping of all lost and found itemsTimely disposal of lost and found alcohol and other items

Equipments maintenance and repairRoutine rounds of all equipment pantriesSuggesting repair and maintenance as and when requiredCalling the service technicians from outside routinely for the equipment checks

Butler : I have handled butler operations in the hotel which comprises of

o Daily replenishment and stock/inventory management of mini-bars/private bars in all guest rooms,

o Handling guests and guests requests like packing /unpacking assistance,o Laundry service for guestso Suggesting different types of tea/coffee to guestso Suggesting local sight seeing itineraries to guests

Store handling
