FrontsA front is a boundary between two air masses of different density, moisture, or temperature.

And there is four different kind of them and they are Cold front, Warm front, Stationary and Occluded front.

And they are represent by many curve lines.

Here Are The Differ Kind Of Fronts And There Symbol

Cold FrontA Cold front is the cold air cuts

underneath the warm air and forces the warm air up a much steeper angle. A cold fonts the air is cooled quickly and forms a narrow band of thick cumulonimbus clouds.

Then this produce a large thunderstorm or even a tornadoes.

And cold fronts are a map are shown by a blue line with triangles.

Warm Front A warm front occurs when lighter, warmer air advance over heavier, colder air.

Warm fronts air shown on a weather map with red line with red semicircles.

Occluded Fronts

This front includes 3 types of air masses of differ temperature- colder air, warm air, and cooler air.

This may occur when cold air mass moves toward cool air with the warm between the two.

The colder air forces the warm air upward, closing off the warm air from the surface.

They are shown on a map as purple lines with triangles and semicircle.

Stationary FrontA stationary front occur when a boundary

between air masses stop advancing. They can remain in a place for several

days and it cause light wind and precipitation.

They are shown on the map as an alternating red and blue line.

Red semicircle point toward the cold and blue towards the warm
