HCL Contract Administration & Performance Improvement Key Process Areas: Establish contract administration plan for HCL contract administration and improve contract / service performance:
Increase bi-lateral contract compliance
Address expectations for contract-specified document deliverables (Service Levels and Reporting Work Product).
Resolve issues with unpaid vendor invoices and prevent AR carry-over incidents
Work with HCL Infrastructure Service Delivery Team to establish monitoring and reporting capabilities for service performance and improvement
Work with HCL counterparts to establish Quarterly Business and Supplier Performance Reviews to report on production environment operational metrics and support discussions on HCL’s performance. Develop Control Plans for contractual KPIs / SLAs; RACI for their data collection, analysis, and reporting; Tracker for service performance improvement actions and results; and development of Performance Dashboards
