Facts:

In the afternoon of January 13, 1988, the accused Isabelo Puno who is the

personal driver of Mrs ar!iento"s husband #who was away in $avao% told

thousand and one for P0 thousand& Mrs ocorro was able to 2u!p out of the

car and fla) down a fish vendor van& he then reported the !atter to the

authorities&
