compliance in the supply chains, all the while without sacrificing business interests.

CSR – BASELINE STUDY AND IMPACT ASSESSMENT 

REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT 

SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SIA) 

Baseline assessment means to assess the existing state of affairs of the project, people,

environment, business and demographic information. Consultivo carries out the CSR

impact assessment to find out the actual effectiveness and achievement of the project,

thereby calculating its success. The impact assessment is carried out through various

tools on a variety of parameters depending on the type/nature of the project, profile of

the beneficiaries and its objective.

Issues of displacement arise due to unbalanced development, wherein communities

are forced to give up substantial portions of their assets without being recognised as

primary stakeholders in development projects. Consultivo works to address the

planning & identification of consequences for development-induced displacement.

SIA presents an important opportunity to draw cross-cultural encounters arising from project-

based development efforts into wider procedures of engagement and negotiation that might

address the imbalance in relationships between local communities, project proponents and

states.

We conduct Environment, social, health & safety due diligence study based on the standards like

Equator principles, International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance standards (1-8), European

Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Performance Requirements (1-10), Organization

for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

As mandated by SEBI, CSR performance is disclosed & reported in the Annual Business Responsibility

Report. Besides, it is also mandatory for CPSE who publishes their report as per the DPE guidelines.

Consultivo prepares independent CSR Report, Business Responsibility Report as per the NVG

guidelines & report based on DPE guidelines for the CPSE.
