Krawitt has served as Crane vice president and treasurer since September 2006, and was designated the company’s principal financial officer in May 2010. As a result of Krawitt’s intended departure, Crane has appointed Richard Maue as vice president-finance and chief financial officer (CFO). Maue, 42, who joined Crane in August 2007 as vice president and controller and principal accounting officer, has also been designated as the company’s principal financial officer. Since May 2010, Maue and Krawitt have shared CFO responsibilities. Pickard earned his bachelor’s degree from Gordon College and has a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from Northwestern University. Bill Rothenbach, who has been serving as Colfax’s senior vice president, human resources since April 2011, has been named senior vice president, human resources for Colfax’s fluid-handling business.
