Fountain Pens

Fountain pens offer a comfortable and luxurious writing experience. They offer a smooth fl ow

and highlights your writing or signature. The writer do not need

to apply much pressure making it much less tiring to write for extended periods. Waterbase inks smears when wet and one need to allow some drying time. Writing with a fountain pen makes a bold statement of success.

Rollerball Pens

Rollerball pens write in a similar fashion to a fountain pen. Very little pressure need to be applied

and writing feels quick, smooth and luxurious. Rollerball pens uses

water based ink, which takes very little effort to fl ow, hence resulting in even

ink coverage. Rollerballs have caps to protect the refi ll from drying and the ink from fl owing. Use a rollerball to manifests a strong and striking handwriting on any page.

Ballpoint Pens

The ballpoint pen was created as an alternative to fountain and rollerball pens and to provide a

more convenient writing instrument. It makes use of a sticky oil-based ink which does not thin down or

smear when you write with it. The Ball point ink will slow down your writing as you need to apply

more pressure. Ball point pens are however the most commonly used pen and the top choice for people who writes constantly.

We understand your need for samples. Samples are available but are charged for at the listed price in this brochure. Due to the nature of our business, samples must be paid for before being shipped. Samples can not be returned. You can also view our full range at our showroom.

OrdersWe supply businesses and consumers anywhere in Southern Africa. We supply big or small quantities and offer branding for corporate clients. We ship to any address in Southern Africa by making use of local postal and courier services.

Payment: Unfortuanately, we do not provide credit and all orders must be paid for in full before shipping. Where branding is required, full payment for items, artwork and branding must reach us before production will commence.

Lead Time:Orders can normally be shipped within 14 days after payment has been received. In some cases lead times can be longer depending on quantity ordered and availiability. Most of our products are imported.

Gifting Service:A gift wrapping and delivery service is available to deliver that special item to a client or friend. We also include a greeting card with your message.

Delivery:Delivery cost is not included and will be charged for. Estimated time of delivery will be confi rmed with orders.

Branding Pens Branding Methods Colour Swatches

Most popular printing technique for pens and can be used to print nearly any surface. The design is placed photographically on a cliché (metal plate). The pad, a rubber silicon image carrier, presses the design from the cliché onto the article.

We offer branding on most items at extra cost. We have a minimum order quantity of 250 items for branded pens. Higher priced items (luxury range) can be engraved in small quantities.

Cost of branding (pad print estimate only):Set-up fee: ±R200 per colour per print run. Printing: ±R1.25 per colour per item.

Artwork:The client need to supply finished artwork as a vector file (e.g. Illustrator format). All fonts should be converted to paths. We will supply you with a proof for sign-off. Once the proof is signed off, no further changes can be made and production will commence.

BRANDING IS AT CLIENTS OWN RISK AND BRANDED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. NO BRANDING WILL COMMENCE WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT AND ARTWORK SIGN OFF.

Lead time:We strive to deliver within 14 days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Most items are imported but we have deep stock levels available. In some cases certain pens might be on order and the lead time can increase to 4-6 weeks. Your delivery date will be confirmed with your order.

Laser Engraving

Screen-printing can be used only on flat surfaces (pen packaging). It is possible to print multiple colours on most articles. The design is placed on the gauze in the screen print frame. The printing ink is pressed through the gauze on to the article.

The term ‘dome’ comes from the rounding that is reminiscent of a dome. In doming a sticker is equipped with a dual component resin layer (epoxy). This layer is crystal clear, which means that the image below is not only protected, but is even somewhat ‘magnified’.

Mainly used on metal pens. The design is burned into the article made of metal, wood or glass. The laser beam can be very finely and precisely reproduced. The single colour is determined by the colour of the material or the base layer below the layer thats engraved.
