Official Rules and Regulations

All ducks will be numbered to correspond with a ticket number.

The first duck to cross the finish line will be the grand prize

winner; the second duck to cross the finish line will win the

second prize etc. There will be no substitute prize for any prize

winner unwilling or unable to use any prize given in associa-

tion with this race. All federal, state and local taxes on cash

prizes will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

The judgment of Family Centered Services officials regarding the winning ducks is final.

No rain date will be scheduled. If weather prohibits a duck

race winners will be randomly drawn. You need not be present

to win. Must be 18 to enter and win.

*Prize Packages may be adjusted and their order changed

to accommodate new prizes as they are received.
