Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience preferably in an academic institution affiliated with a children’s hospital, Board Certification in their specialty as well as experience in medical education leadership. We are searching for a physician who is familiar with medical education regulations and possesses strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. This is a full-time position as Residency Program Director with additional clinical duties. Program Highlights: Well-established program in its 11th year with 15 residents: 5-5-5, on track to expand to 8-8-8 and a 4th year chief role in the near future Faculty experience ranging from 2-20+ years Tertiary academic medical center, which is part of a state and national system Affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine and Marian University School of Osteopathic Medicine PMCH features include: a free standing tertiary care pediatric hospital, 23-bed PICU, 17-bed pediatric emergency department, Indiana’s largest Level IV 96-bed NICU and over 100 pediatric specialists. PMCH is on the path to becoming a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center.
