Suggestion in the model

As the charges are being paid only for the octroi purpose let theorder be directly supplied to ABC,pune warehouse.

Let the tier I and II retailer be allowed to directly purchase from thewagholi, warehouse. This will cut the abc warehouse revenue butthe company will get proper account of the deal happening in the

area. It can also allow a retail store outside the pune area near wagholi

and can thus give better deals to the end customer and as it wouldbe the first one to do this , so it can be a push driven model

Pearson being a multinational company can also think of buyingtrucks for its transporttation purpose and thus can cater to theneeds by the single tata 2125 truck where it can directly deliverbooks to the distributor warehouse.
