• The join movility is use because if we don’t do it we can have a injury or broke something of our body.
Join Movility
• To do the Join Movility we should start from the foot to the head.
• First, you must move the ankle in a round way.

• Then, we can go on with the knees.
• You must move the knees in all the directions you can.
Join Movility
• Finally, the last part of our body we can move is the neck.
• We can move it in a round way or from the left to the right.
Activation
• Activation is a series of exercises we do to prepare our body for physical activity.
• We do it to avoid injures and improve our results.
Activation
• Then, we run with different ways. With the foots up, running backwards, running looking all our body to a side. And finally we run very fast, the faster we can.
