A major organizational initiative that the foundation has embarked on is to become a collaborative partner with the university as it seeks to develop the north campus corridor. In June, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to begin Phase I of development of a 14-acre master plan for the corner of Denison and Kimball Avenues. Here to tell you more about that is Rand Berney, vice chairman of the Board of Directors, and chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee.
