1. As per corporate office letter cited under reference, Agreement was made by BSNL with the

vendor M/s SGCMPL.As per the agreement Handsets Named Detel D1 bundled with BSNL SIM

will be sold by Distributor/Retailer network.

2. Vendor will insert the SIM into the box and sell his phone along with the SIM card.

3. The handset Bundled with SIM will be available for customer for Rs.346/- and as per the vendor

these handsets are available with popular mobile shops like Sangeetha, Poorvika and Chennai

Mobiles in all areas of Chennai.

4. Customer can approach any Franchisee/Retailer/CSC for activation of this bundled SIM cards.

These SIMs will be activated in EKYC mode only. After activation customers can activate any

Tariff plan preferably (Rs.153/-).

5. If any Retailer is selling the device for Rs.499 means that it includes Device cost Rs.346 and

plan voucher cost Rs.153/-.In such condition retailer himself has to activate the SIMs in EKYC

and plan voucher also should be made by him only. Customer should not be sent to CSCs for

activation.

1. Agreement-

BSNL has signed an agreement under reverse bundling on 4th Decemb er 201/ With M/sS.G,rQorporate Mobility Private Limited Under this agreement, M/s S.G. Corporate's Mobilehandset ( featuraphone) named "Detel Dl" bundled wjth BSNL Sl+4, wilf bg,,gpld through'"OiSiriOutoriretailer

network of M/s S.G. Corporate Mobility Private Limited (copy of theagreement attached).

M/s SGCMPL will purchase SIM Cards at Rs.5/- plus all applicable taxes from any telecomCircles. M/s SGCMPL will insert the SIM into the device Box. M/s SGCMPL will sell hisphone along with the BSNL SIM to the customer.

GM ITPC (ln-charge of Sanchar-soft), Hyderabad is requested to make provision in

Sanchar-soft system so that the SIM issued to M/s SGCMPL , may be activated through

any Franchisee/ Retailer/CSCs to concern Circle/LSA to which that SIM belong.

SIM inventory' in soft copy will also be given to M/s SGCMPL. M/s SGCMPL shall ensure

that MSISDN numbers correctly mentioned on the SIM as perthe-inventory detail received

from the Circle along with SIM

7. The handset bundled with SIM will be available for customer for Rs. 3461- only, with

SGC M P L dearler/reta i ler.

8. Customers may preferably used the tariff plan (Rs 153/-) issued by BSNL Corporate, New

Delhi, Circular No.26-1 812010-T&C-CM dated 14.11.2017.

10. After sale service: The vendor will be responsible for the warranty & after sale service of

bundled devicqs as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the reverse bundling

agreement. In this regard, details of Sales Service Centers (ASCs) will be provided by the

Vendor at points of sale and also in BSNL call centers.

11. Monitoring and Control/SPOC:

The Marketing/sales Cell of Circles will be responsible for monitoring the performance of

sale of bundleld devices.

12. General : -

Circles will allow M/s SGCMPL to put advertising banners, posters, hoardings in BSNL

customer g_qlqs, exchanges and BSNL offices to promote BSNL & SGCMPL combo offers.#* {. f . l - iJ!t
