PCMA’s Women’s Leadership events are designed to provide a place for women to connect, network, share experiences, and develop as leaders.

This event will begin with a 45-minute workshop lead by Margaret Neale, Professor, Emerita at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, and co-author of Getting (More of) What You Want: How the secrets of economics and psychology can help you negotiate anything, in business and in life.

At the conclusion of the workshop, a networking reception will take place outside on the North Palomino Plaza.

This event is not limited to women. All conference attendees interested in supporting and learning more about women’s leadership are encouraged to attend.

ABOUT PCMA

The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) is the national association representing America’s pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). PBMs administer prescription drug plans for more than 266 million Americans who have health insurance from a variety of sponsors including: commercial health plans, self-insured employer plans, union plans, Medicare Part D plans, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP), state government employee plans, managed Medicaid plans, and others.

PBMs are projected to save employees, unions, government programs, and consumers $654 billion — up to 30 percent — on drug benefit costs over the next decade.
