ANDREW MCCOLL | ESTIMATOR Andrew prepares estimates and coordinates proposal submissions while promoting strong industry relationships. I spent most of my life in Ontario until just a few years ago, and I jumped at the chance to return here to introduce PCL to new clients in the northern region. I will be your best resource and most trusted partner in helping you plan and budget your project until it’s ready to be executed.

ANNA COLA MCCOLL | COORDINATOR Anna assists project manager Isaac Alkoury with various technical and administrative aspects of project execution. PAUL KAMERADS | SITE SUPERINTENDENT Paul leads all field operations and oversees all on-site construction activities to ensure project plans and schedules are followed effectively, safely, and within budget. I had my first work-related experience in Sudbury over 20 years ago and have been in love with the community ever since. After 34 years with PCL, I’m delighted to be continuing my career here as part of this new and exciting expansion effort serving northern Ontario.
