Band Captain Responsibilities

• Make sure all equipment is accounted for

• Setup station

• Tear down station at the end of FD

• Return equipment to owner

• Be a club Representative – greet all visitors at the site, sign in sheet

• Initial Staging 12 Noon – Club house – tables, chairs

• Antenna work begins 2 PM Friday, June 24 (no earlier) monitor 145.15 to coordinate traffic flow

• Site tear down starts 2 PM Sunday, June 26, clean up and off site usually by 5 PM
