• Integrating  play  and  therapy  throughout  each  day  • Providing  consistency  by  utilizing  common  language  and  universal  rules  

and  expectations  • Promoting  opportunities  for  social  engagement  through  modeling,  play,  

and  practice  • Encouraging  meaningful  relationships  between  staff,  children,  and  

their  families
