Making Benefit Elections

Medical,Dental,VisionPlans,etc.Inthissection,youcancomparecostsacrossallavailableplansandtiers,compareplandetailssidebysidebyclickingontheComparePlanslinkabovePlanSelection,andreviewdetailsofaspecificplanbyclickingontheViewplandetailslink.

Uponmakingyourplanselection,youwillbeabletowaiveorcovereligibledependentsonfilebyselectingthe‘Cover’or‘Waive’radiobuttonnexttoeachdependent’sname.Ifyouwishtoaddanewdependentatthistime,clickonthe‘AddDependent’buttontobetakendirectlytothefamilytabtoaddthedependent.Ifyouaresatisfiedwithyourselection,click‘Next.’

Uponcompletingyourbenefitelection,theboxwillturn“green”anditwillsaycompleted.Click“SaveandContinueEnrollment”tobetakentothenextbenefitoption.Pleasecompleteeachbenefitoptionthatyouwouldliketoenrollin.Onceyouhavecompletedalltheelections,select“Continue.”BasicLifePlansYoudonotneedtomakeanelectionfortheemployerprovidedplans.However,ontheproceedingpageyouwillbeaskedtodesignateyourbeneficiaries.Yourdependentsonfilewillautomaticallybelistedasbeneficiaries.Enteryourassignmentstototal100%.Ifyouwouldliketoaddabeneficiary,clickthe“AddBeneficiary”button.Whenyouaresatisfiedwithyourchoices,pleaseclick“SaveandContinue.”VoluntaryLifeToelecttheVoluntaryEmployeePlan,selectthebuttonnexttotheplanandchooseanamountfromthedropdown.
