Professional background I am a Technologist at Wipro Digital. I am currently working for a banking project. The goal of this project is to build a web portal where users can achieve and monitor financial goals , buy/sell various types of funds. I initially supported the team by building charts - understanding different visualization forms and doing thorough research on optimized approach in achieving them. One of the most interesting visualizations added was drag able activity gauge where the graph depicts goals achieved over time on drag. Currently, I have several modules functioning under me and I have been part of training and mentoring a team of ten members.Prior to Wipro Digital I worked for a product based analytics company. I was solely in charge of adding new and unique data visualizations (Charts, KPIs and other Dashboard features) to the product. I worked on a feature named Calendar which was used to mash up calendar events against data. This feature was also one of the highly used features by the customers. Few other interesting works done there were Splice – (adding encapsulation to data), Dial gauge indicator, Drill down and Drill across, changing chart type from the dashboard, API documentation for the product and analytic definition screen. Other challenging data visualizations added were, motion chart – ( on click of play button this graph changed over time), Calendar graph, Bullet graph, etc.I am a Masters in Computer Application from PESIT college Bangalore. Apart from my regular job as a coder I also enjoy taking part in hackathons.
