When Mauryan Emperor was born in Patliputra, now Patna, nobody would have believed, one day he will be remembered among the greatest rulers in the history of India and the world. When, in 1540 the great Pathan of Bihar, Sher Shah Suri, from Sasaram, Bihar, was born, who could have thought that one day he will take the reins of North-India. He was the first person who defeated the Mughals and army of Humayun. Now Sher Shah is considered as one of the most progressive emperors during the Mughal era. He made several economic changes, infrastructural improvement, highways (the famous Grand Trunk road), establishment of the Rupiya, our current Indian currency. Even his enemy like grate Akbar learned from him, and respected him. Who would have known that he will die in a freak accident, while cleaning his gun. Sheh Shah was killed by his own gun when he was cleaning it. Fate.. the wheel of time kept turning.. forward like the bullet fired by gun… fate changed everything.. Bihar's true identity was of the place from where people who changed the world came like Gautam Buddha or Ashoka or Sher Shah Suri or the Sikh Guru Gobind Singh. Nalanda and Vikramshila the oldest and truly international universities… was lost in the sand of time.. bullet penetrated the forehead.. blasted.. and all knowledge was gone.. everything was gone.. the black burns on conscience.. created dark minds.. and lethal politics.. now Bihar became a byword for the worst of India, of widespread and inescapable poverty, of corrupt politicians indistinguishable from mafia-dons they patronise, caste-ridden social order that has retained the worst feudal cruelties.

Sitaram Tiwari, leader of bhartiya desiya party (BDP) inculcates his new strategy and plans to Chief Minister Kamla devi about making Dhananjay Singh stand in election instead of his elder brother Sanjay Singh, for Dhananjay Singh has the real bone. Gyanendra has joined a private construction company as a site engineer. In company’s owners cabin he meets Seema. She works for a NGO for underprivileged children’s education. Gyanendra join her in the cause. Gyanendra always finds time to spend with Seema and her cause, even in between his job and preparation of Indian Engineering Service. There is more than just liking in between them, a shy but real spark.Sitaram Tiwari uses Dhananjay Singh either to eliminate or start controlling all other BAHUBALIs. Dhananjay Singh shifts in to the same bungalow which he captured for Sameep singh. After becoming MLA, the empire of his fear has extended its boundary and absorbed whole Bihar. But wife of Dhananjay Singh’s sharp shooter Katta(Tausif khan) is still out of his reach. Because Katta is the only man he fears in the whole world.Sitaram Tiwari becomes the Home Misnister, an upcoming actress Mahalaxmi who has been very close to Sitaram asks for help to get a Movie. But instead of giving her a movie he takes her home with a promise of marriage. He says he will marry her the day he will feel that she is ready for it and clears her that there will be no movie for her anymore. SSP Vijay k singh is humiliated every time he crosses the path of Dhananjay Singh. With all power snatched away from all Bahubalis other than Dhananjay Singh, who is in Kamla Devi's possession, Sitaram makes peace in Bihar. Now multinational companies are invited to invest in Bihar state. Gyanendra is selected for the Indian Engineering Service (IES), India's top engineering bureaucracy.On one hand companies are showing interest in investing in Bihar, on the other hand, The Bihar section of a more than 10 billion USD highway project is given to multinational firms to construct, Like Aurangabad-Barachatti section is given to K&S. Dhananjay Singh orders other bahubalis to stop the project and when project is stopped K&S is approached by Sitaram Tiwari. He suggests subletting the project to local contractors. Finding no other solution and to make more profit big firms surrenders to the situation and sublets the project to local contractors.

Synopsis

Gyanendra employed by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). Gyanendra became the Assistant Project Manager at Koderma, Jharkhand, responsible for managing a part of the Aurangabad-Barachatti section of National Highway 2. Just on the joining day he finds out there is no work done on highway. Not even material is present at the place. He reports about this to his senior Director Deepak Bajaj, and Brig Satish Kapoor. But very soon he finds out they are involved in this scam with local contractors. What he doesn’t know is all these local contractors are Dhananjay Singhs man.Gyanendra is very disturbed by the kind of behaviour he is facing from seniors and contractors. When He shares his situation with Seema, he finds out Vijay k singh is in bihar. He calls SSP Vijay k sing. They are good friends. Gyanendra tells vijay K singh about the highway scam. V K singh suggests writing a letter to PMO. Gyanendra does so. As a result Gyanendra is transferred to Surface Transport Division, Delhi. Gyanendra learns the lesson, he need more power if he want to face this nexus. Nexus.. Gyanendra doesn’t have a hint.. when K&S passed the contract to four local contractors on papers. The money started travelling through other route; all money goes straight to party fund. Only a small amount is given to the constructors and just 2% is given to Dhananjay Singh. And by writing a letter to PMO, Gyanendra has successfully put Dhananjay Singh’s men under pressure.

Unsatisfied with 2% Dhananjay Singh, gets a cold response from Kamla Devi and Sitaram Tiwari, he resigns from the party and joins opponent party. Dhananjay Singh creates havoc in Bihar. Multinational companies start giving second thought about coming to Bihar. Which means central govt will never become state govt’s guarantor for borrowing money from ADB (Bank), Which will stop the money flow. The project Sitaram has been working on for years, is about to be doomed.

Kamla Devi sends few men to kill Dhananjay Singh but Dhananjay Singh not only saves himself, he kills all Kamla devis men. And during the shootout he also lets Katta killed. Now he owns everything Katta possessed including Katta’s wife Salma Khatoon.

Dhananjay Singh is furious and determined to teach everyone that how he should be respected. Gyanendra returns to Bihar after giving promotion-exam, as GM on the same project. Brig Satish Kapoor asks Dhananjay Singh’s men to handle the situation. Unfortunately Dhananjay Singh was there with contractors, partying. He kills Gyanendra at the station. Gyanendra’s body is criminated in the same ground where he used to play football as a child.

Frustrated by Dhananjay Singhs antagonism, Sitaram and Kamla Devi ask central govt. to create Special Task Force. And after its creation, Sitaram Tiwari promotes SSP Vijay k singh to become DIG of STF. The death of Gyanendra has already filled V K singh with rage for Dhananjay Singh. V K singh kills Dhananjay Singhs many men. But still not getting the success he should be. As Dhananjay Singh is still out of his reach. This is when Salma Khatoon, to avenge her brothers death, gives information about Dhananjay Singh’s hideout. V K singh attacks at Dhananjay Singhs home in Mokama. But Dhananjay Singh escapes using a tunnel, that Salma Khatoon never new about, in the house with 13 bullets in his body. After defying death he remains underground.

But with STF in his command V K singh keeps cleaning Bihar and this brings many men of Kamla devi in V K singhs radar. Sitaram makes Chief secretary K A H Subramanian write the recommendation for V K singhs suspension to the Union home ministry within a couple of days for his outburst which is against the government conduct rules. But it doesn’t affect V K singh attitude.

Election comes again, Dhananjay Singh gives a huge party to all the strong candidates. Kind of a Party.. that has girls, drugs, and anything that gives pleasure to a party guest. He records it with hidden-cams.

After election, all the elected candidates other than Kamla Devi’s party members are given a video cd, a bullet and a proposal of supporting the Nagrik Sewa Dal, the party which currently supports Dhananjay Singh. Kamla Devi losses her seat of CM.

Now with Nagrik Sewa Dal in power, Dhananjay Singh can’t let transferred V K singh go easily. And the next day the V K singh is thrown out of his home. Sitaram knows now Dhananjay Singh will kill both, him and V K singh. Dhananjay Singh brings Salma Khatoon in Patna and after spending a romantic night he kills her.

Now Dhananjay Singh wants to humiliate and kill V K singh. But V K singh without wasting time kills Dhananjay Singh and lets Sitaram know that job is done. Sitaram’s BDD joins hands with NSD and sits in power again. With Dhananjay Singh gone and a new Bahubali in his sleeves Sitaram makes it possible for state govt to borrow 1300 cr rs from ADB. A new road project starts, Sitaram and NSD leader are buying all the land that falls on the root of the road map. While the new Bahubali is happy with his 2%cut.

Vijay kumar singh has been transferred to tackle extremist violence on Indo-Nepal border.

He is Dhananjay Singh.. the name makes anyone's pulses paced, throat parched, pupil dilated, heart-muscle twitched or faces flushed.

If anyone saw him in the night, outside his hut, near the pond. Dancing on the folk song, sung by villages old-man.. Dhananjay Singh surrounded by his PAHALWAANs clapping and shouting with joy.. Anyone would love to stand out side the hut.. cause even if there is just a dead body inside, but it takes a lot of guts to watch Dhananjay Singh’s man cutting the body in to pieces and slipping them in to pond full of hungry crocodiles through a wooden plank with truck-tyres-tube-nailed-to-cover-it. It is easy to wash the red blood from black leather.

Dhananjay Singh does not know how state govt works? That is why he made his brother Sanjay Singh to run for MLA on Mokama seat. He is celebrating and waiting for the morning sun, so that he can announce in Mokama, the rival of his elder brother Sanjay Singh, late Bhullan singh will be defeated on poll-booth too. It took him half hour to hunt down Bhullan singh, another Bahubali, in the middle of the night.

Reaches to a bungalow, where few pahalwaan of Dhananjay Singh have changed the name plate of banglow with Dhananjay Singhs name plate. Pahalwaans are fearless. VK singh asks them to leave the banglow. As V K singh starts removing Dhananjay Singhs name plate, all pahalwaans attack him. He beats them all and puts them behind the bars. After two hours he is sitting with state chief secretary K A H Subramanian and DGP Narayan Mishra. They are there for discussing the Mahaan Bharat Dals rally management and security of MBDs president Kamla Devi. They were not finished yet and Sameep singh came along with brother Dhananjay Singh. V K singh feels humiliated when Kamla devi orders him to release the Dhananjay Singh’s pahalwaans and instructs him not to do such thing again as what will she do in rally if her party workers are kept locked.
