STIPENDS Mass offerings/stipends are described by Canon Law as “contribution (s)...a sum of money offered for the application of the Masses. The faithful offer that contribution to some priest requesting that he apply the Mass according to the intention of the donor. Effective January 1, 2021, any NEW mass offering/stipends will be a minimum of $10 per Mass. Masses that are currently on the calendar as of December 31, 2020 or before will be cele-brated at the dollar amount of the donated offering of $5.00.
