OUR TEAM

EXPECTED OBSERVED

GANNT CARD

• In Turkey, early childhood education system is teacher centered. Students are more passive than their teachers in their classroom.

• Teachers are authoritarian and dominant members of class. Therefore, preschool students remain in the background. They cannot participate in class activities.

PROBLEM

• How can we increase students’ activity in classroom ?

Curriculum

SYSTEM

http://tr.123rf.com/profile_yeletkeshet

CURRICULUM• Our early childhood

education system is regulated without considering children’s abilities.

• The children who are exposed to this curriculum cannot be express themselves because they have different abilities than what the curriculum expects.

• In current curriculum teachers have authority on children so students stay behind.

LACK OF RESOURCES

• The budget for preschools is not enough to meet needs of early childhood education programs.

• Limited materials keep children away from participating some activities.

• Because of limited resources, their imagination does not improve.

WHY SYSTEM ?

• We have carried out a survey to 20 people . Our survey consists of 10 questions.
