from a small german network to a powerful worldwide manufacturer1945, founder Mr. Wilhelm Schulz, a highly ambitious mechanical engineer from Krefeld, established a small fabrication facility for the local needs of the growing industries, focused on stain less steel piping accessories.

During the following decades, the company constantly deve­loped products and processes to become a fully inte grated manu facturer of CRA pipes and fittings.

From billet processing, extrusion, heat treatment, water quenching to testing, it comprises all stages of production on one line.

Based on our long lasting experience in cold forming, SXP operates one of the largest cold pilger mills for CRA materials and nickel alloys worldwide. The hot extrusion combined with the cold finishing mill makes SXP the biggest and most modern seamless pipe mill built in U.S.A. for decades.
