In attracting and developing our people our emphasis is of course, on sound
technical qualifications and experience. However at Root Partnerships we
are seeking to go well beyond this – to be able to offer to our clients and our
colleagues a service characterised by knowledge, insight and wisdom.
We see professional project management as demanding a challenging
blend of left and right brain capabilities, a diversity of backgrounds and
experience, and above all the rigorous application of thought and creativity.
Root Partnerships seeks those who can offer strong advocacy skills, the
ability to think on one's feet and a capacity and enthusiasm for leadership
that can motivate project teams to strive for outstanding outcomes.

MELBOURNE AIRPORT
Root Partnerships embraces a ‘thinking culture’ that has been at its core since its
inception in 1994. We encourage and develop our people to think through
complex challenges in a structured and creative way. We call it Applied Thinking.
This approach applies a combination of lateral, strategic and critical thinking. It is
our pathway to offer insightful and effective advice, solve more complex problems
and expertly deliver a highly diversified range of projects.
