The Avigilon Plus Program, currently available in Canada and the United States, is designed to reward Avigilon Partners and demonstrate our commitment to their success with benefits that include healthy margins, dedicated sales support, financial incentives, and online and instructor-led training options.

Avigilon Partners will enter the Avigilon Plus Program at the Preferred level and may progress through higher tiers by fulfilling a variety of requirements including competitive sales targets and certification requirements.

To inquire about becoming an Avigilon Partner, complete the Partner Inquiry Form on the Avigilon website.1 To qualify, the Partner account will need to meet the tier's minimum Avigilon certified staff requirement, and the caller

will need certification in Avigilon Control Center™ and/or Access Control Manager™ software.

2 When contacting Avigilon Training, the Partner will need to verify the number of attendees, training room access, equipment and schedule availability.

Partner Benefits

SalesREQUALIFICATION REBATEAll Premier, Elite and Elite Plus Partners that meet their sales targets and qualify to remain in the same tier or higher, by Dec. 31 of any given year, are eligible for a 1% rebate of the total dollar value spent with Avigilon.

Rebates will be provided by check at the beginning of the new calendar year to qualifying Partners that are in good standing with Avigilon.

TrainingONLINE COURSESAvigilon provides a variety of complimentary online courses that cover video surveillance and access control products and services. Visit the Avigilon Partner Resource Center to access online training.

INSTRUCTOR-LED COURSESInstructor-led certifications cover Avigilon Control Center (ACC) and Access Control Manager (ACM) installation and configuration. Avigilon regularly hosts training sessions in Vancouver, Plano and Boston, and off-site regional locations around the world. View the schedule of available sessions and enroll through the Avigilon Partner Resource Center.

ON-SITE TRAININGElite Plus Partners can request that an Avigilon training expert host a certification session at a location of their choosing. Upon reaching out to Avigilon Training, the Partner will be asked to verify the number of attendees, training room access, equipment and schedule availability.

SupportPRIORITIZED TECHNICAL SUPPORTPrioritized technical support is available to certified1 staff of Elite and Elite Plus Partners, providing the convenience of expedited service and the expertise of a certified Avigilon Technical Support Specialist regarding a wide range of topics. Upon calling into the support line, the caller will be asked to verify their tier by providing their account, name and email address.

ADVANCE PRODUCT REPLACEMENTFor any in-warranty, possibly defective product, Avigilon may, at its discretion, complete the replacement prior to the product being physically returned to or inspected by Avigilon. Once Avigilon receives the product, Avigilon will conduct a physical assessment of the product and provide confirmation of the return status.

24/7 TECHNICAL SUPPORTThe Avigilon support team is engaged, informed and ready to help. To better meet customer needs and preferences, support is offered in multiple languages by phone, email and online chat.

Program Requirements

Partner tiers are evaluated on an annual basis. Partners that meet or exceed their annual sales targets and minimum certification requirements will qualify for a higher tier through the end of the following calendar year.

Tier adjustments will take effect starting on Feb. 1 of the following calendar year. Only Partners in good standing are eligible to receive a tier assignment and the associated benefits.

Tier QualificationsANNUAL REVENUE COMMITMENTThe annual revenue commitment is a requirement that Partners need to meet in order to qualify for a specific tier. Partners will be assigned a sales target based on their specific tier.

At the beginning of each calendar year, a Partner will be re-tiered based on their sales performance from the prior year.

AVIGILON CERTIFIED STAFFPartner staff must complete Avigilon certification training in order to qualify for prioritized technical support and each tier requires a minimum number of employees to hold Avigilon certification.

ACCOUNT PLANNINGElite and Elite Plus Partners are required to meet with their account manager or Regional Sales Representative on a quarterly basis (four times a year) to review performance from the prior quarter and document a plan for the upcoming quarter.

OTHER REQUIREMENTSTo be eligible for program benefits, a Partner must sign a new partner agreement and be in good standing to receive them.

Tier Challenge ProgramAvigilon Partners who want to move to a higher tier without waiting a whole calendar year can apply for the Tier Challenge Program.
