When signing this application form the participant explicitly agrees with and states the following:

1. The information given above is true, complete and correct and (the organizers) should be entitled to rely on such information and representation for all purposes.

2. I am fully knowledgeable concerning the danger and hazards associated with the activity of touring by Motorcycle whether in the capacity of a motorcycle Rider, Co-rider on the pillion of a motorcycle or passenger in the support vehicle.

3. I am participating in the tour at my own risk, volition and free will and not relying upon any oral or visual representation or statements by (the organizers) or its employees or any other inducement or coercion to participate in this trip. 4. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and/or claims of whatever nature against (the organizers) and their respective agents, volunteers, officers and employees for any and all damages, personal property losses, injuries or claims which may be sustained by me directly or indirectly arising out of my participation in the Motorcycle Tour. 5. I agree that should I suffer any serious injury or illness, the organizers can arrange, at any cost to be borne by me, urgent medical treatment and emergency evacuation procedures, as deemed necessary to my safety. 6. I am well aware, that (the organizers) are not responsible for my misconduct or that of the other participants of the tour. 7. I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect my safety or the safety of others including other participants of the tour. 8. I agree to comply with the traffic laws and group travel regulations. I understand that the responsibility of wearing a helmet or other protective gear is solely my own and that I am responsible for my compliance with all state laws, including those regarding speed limits, driving under influence and use of helmets. 9. I hereby stand advised not to participate in the tour if I suffer from severe asthma, high blood pressure, muscular, chest, respiratory or heart disorders and other such medical pre-conditions and certify that I am in sufficient good health to meet the demands the tour requires. I am not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other drug that may impair my understanding or judgment and that I will not at any time during the tour operate the motorcycle under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other illegal drugs. 10. I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions prior to signing this application form. Note: The fee once deposited is not refundable in any case.
