BACKGROUND OF STUDY In the present context, the researches see there are many things

that affect students worked as a financial factors, the influence

of peers, gain experience, environmental factors and others.

The effects vary between positive and negative. For the

reasons above, researches are extremely desirable and

necessary, a preliminary study conducted to identify the factors

students to work part time job at UMP, especially among

students of Faculty of Industrial Science and Technology

(FIST) faculty.

Therefore, the researches plan to conducting a survey on

student perceptions of the topic why the student having their

part time job during study time.
