INTRODUCTION

Parrot MINIKIT

The Parrot MINIKIT is a Bluetooth hands-free kit: no need to hold your mobile phone totalk with the person on the other end of the line. Thanks to its built-in battery, you can useit anywhere, such as in the car, in the office and at home.

Taking full advantage of the advanced signal processing system, calls are made in fullduplex mode, along with background noise cancellation and echo reduction for enhanced

listening quality.

Check out www.parrot.biz for details on all the compatible Bluetooth devices and howto use them with the Parrot MINIKIT.

If you find that the Parrot MINIKIT is out of range while you are driving, stop thecar in a safe place before making or receiving calls.

USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Recharging the Parrot MINIKIT

Before using for the first time, the Parrot MINIKIT needs to be recharged.To do so, plug the charger into the mains or your vehicles cigar lighter.The colour of the LED changes from orange to green when the device is fully charged (theLED is off when the charger is not connected).

When the battery level is low, the device issues a series of beeps.

Fitting the kit

A bracket is supplied for fitting the Parrot MINIKIT to the sun visor, so that it can be used

as a hands-free kit in your vehicle.

To use the device in the office or at home, simply place it on a flat surface and use it foryour calls (tip: remove the sun visor bracket for greater stability).

Connecting your Bluetooth phone/PDA

To ensure that all the features on your phone can be used, a special pairing mode is built

into the Parrot MINIKIT.

Generic pairing - applies to most phones (supporting the Hands-free profile):

Once your Parrot MINIKIT has been fully recharged, you must pair your Bluetooth phone/ PDA.

From your Bluetooth phone, search for Bluetooth peripherals (consult your phonesuser guide or refer to the Support heading on the www.parrot.biz website).

Select MINIKIT.

Enter 1234 on your phone when prompted. The Parrot MINIKIT says pairing successful when both devices are connected. Thedevice sounds a beep when connected.

The language is automatically selected if your phone supports this feature. Otherwise,you can adjust the language yourself.

Special pairing - for phones supporting the Headset profile (consult your pho-

nes user guide or refer to the www.parrot.biz website):

Press the red button and the rotary button at the same time for three seconds. Thegreen and red LEDs both flash. The Parrot MINIKIT is visible to all Bluetooth devicesfor three minutes.

From your Bluetooth phone, search for Bluetooth peripherals (consult your phonesuser guide or refer to the Support heading on the www.parrot.biz website).

Select MINIKIT.

Enter 1234 on your phone when prompted.

The Parrot MINIKIT says pairing successful when both devices are paired. Thedevice sounds a beep when connected.

Description and use of the functions

Making a call manually

Dial the number using the phones keypad and start the call.

The call automatically changes to hands-free mode. Otherwise, press the green buttonon the Parrot MINIKIT.

Making a call via the voice recognition feature

Press the green button on the Parrot MINIKIT.

Say the name of the person that you wish to call afterthe beep.

IMPORTANT:you must have first recorded thevoiceprints on your phone or the kit (refer to thechapter entitled Voice recognition).

When using the kits voice recognition feature, sayHome, Work, Mobile, General or Other afterthe second beep.

Receiving a call

An incoming call is indicated by a ringtone and the green and red LEDs flashing onthe Parrot MINIKIT.

Press the green button on the device to answer the call.

Ending a call

To end a call, press the red button on the Parrot

MINIKIT.

Redial function

Hold down the green button on the kit for twoseconds to redial the last number.

Adjusting the volume

During a call, turn the scroll wheel on the ParrotMINIKIT or adjust the volume directly on your phone.The volume setting is saved for subsequent calls.

Changing to discreet mode

During a call, if you want to continue the conversationon your phone (private conversation), press the greenbutton on the Parrot MINIKIT. The call is transferred to the phone.

If you want to switch back to the kit, press the green button again.

Sending DTMFs

During a call, you can send DTMFs (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) for touch-tone dial ling. This feature can be used for managing your voice mail, for example.

Press the rotary button - the kit says 0.

Turn the wheel to scroll through the numbers.

Press the scroll wheel to send the number to the phone.

Repeat this sequence to send other DTMFs.

Clearing the memory

You can pair up to five devices.

If you attempt to pair a sixth phone, the kit says memory full.

You must clear the memory by holding down both the red and green buttons for threeseconds. Doing so also clears all the contacts and the associated voiceprints.

Voice menu structure

Accessing the kits menus

Press the central scroll wheel to access the menus.

Browse through the menus by turning the wheel and confirm with the green button orby pressing the scroll wheel.

Menu structure

Language:select the language. Volume: adjust the volume of the voice menus. Add contact:enables you to prepare the Parrot MINIKIT for receiving a contact (sent

one by one - refer to the chapter entitled Receiving contacts).

Record keywords:to use the voice recognition feature and all its possibilities,

record the following keywords: general, mobile, work, home and other. Update: enable this option before updating via Bluetooth (www.parrot.biz, Down

load section).

To use the Parrot MINIKITs voice recognition feature, proceed as follows:

Recording the keywords

Click on the central button - the kit says Language and the name of the language

currently used by the kit.

Turn the scroll wheel until the kit says Record keywords and then confirm.

The kit says Record all keywords.

If one or more keywords are already recorded, the kit selects the first keyword thathas not yet been recorded.

Press the central button or the green button to start recording. Follow the promptsgiven by the kit.

When a keyword is correctly recorded, the kit automatically goes to the next.

As soon as all keywords are correctly recorded, the kit enables them automatically. You can exit the menu at any time by pressing the red button and then go back to

record or modify the keywords whenever required.

If you do not wish to record all the keywords, turn the scroll wheel to select therequired word.

Receiving contacts

To use the Parrot MINIKITs voice recognition feature, you must send the contacts fromyour phone to the Parrot MINIKIT via Bluetooth (if your phone supports this feature).

Proceed as follows

Go to the Receive contacts menu.

Press the scroll wheel or the green button: the Parrot MINIKIT and the phone discon- nect - the Parrot MINIKIT is now ready to receive contacts.

On your phone, go to the phonebook, select the contact, press Options and send by

Bluetooth. Select Parrot MINIKIT from the list (enter 1234 as the PIN code if prompted by your

phone).

Once received, the kit asks you to record the name corresponding to the contact. Thevoiceprint is assigned to the contact.

From now on, to call this contact from the Parrot MINIKIT, proceed as follows

Press the green button.

After the beep, say the pre-recorded name. If your contact has several numbers, specify whether it is Home, Office, Mobile, and so

on, after the beep.

Your phone calls the contact and the call is established by the Parrot MINIKIT.

UPDATING

The Parrot MINIKIT can be updated by Bluetooth. The update protocol is secure.Download the flash utilities from our website at www.parrot.biz.

Updating can make the Parrot MINIKIT compatible with more source devices.

PREMIERE UTILISATION Charger le Parrot MINIKIT

Connecter son tlphone/PDA Bluetooth

Afin dutiliser toutes les fonctions de votre tlphone, un mode dappairage spcial est

intgr sur le Parrot MINIKIT.

Appairage Gnrique, concerne la plupart des tlphones (supportant le profileHandsfree) :

Une fois votre Parrot MINIKIT charg, vous devez jumeler votre tlphone/PDA Bluetooth.

Depuis votre tlphone Bluetooth, lancez une recherche de priphriques Bluetooth(rfrez-vous la notice de votre tlphone ou connectez-vous sur www.parrot.biz,rubrique Support).

Slectionnez MINIKIT. Entrez 1234 sur votre tlphone lorsque celui-ci vous y invite.

Le Parrot MINIKIT annonce appairage russi lorsque les deux appareils sontconnects.

La langue est slectionne automatiquement si votre tlphone supporte cette fonctionnalit. Sinon, vous pouvez rgler la langue vous-mme.

Appairage Spcial, pour les tlphone supportant le profile Headset (rfrez- vous la notice de votre tlphone ou reportez www.parrot.biz) :

Appuyez simultanment sur le bouton rouge et le rotateur pendant 3 secondes. Lesdeux LEDs verte et rouge clignotent. Le Parrot MINIKIT est visible par Bluetoothpendant 3 minutes.

Passer un appel manuellement

Composez le numro en utilisant le clavier du tlphone et lancez lappel.

La communication passe automatiquement en mode mains libres. Si ce nest pas lecas, appuyez sur le bouton vert du Parrot MINIKIT.

Passer un appel en reconnaissance vocale

Appuyez sur le bouton vert.

Prononcez le nom de votre correspondant aprs le bip .

IMPORTANT:Vous devez avoir au pralable

enregistr des empreintes vocales sur votre tlphoneou sur le kit (voir chapitre Reconnaissance vocale).

Dans le cas de lutilisation de la reconnaissance vocaledu kit, prononcez Domicile, Travail, Mobile, Gnral ou Autre aprs le

deuxime bip.

Recevoir un appel

Un appel entrant est indiqu par une sonnerie et les LEDs verte et rouge

clignotent sur le Parrot MINIKIT.

Appuyez sur le bouton vert de lappareil pour dcrocher.

Raccrocher un appel

Pour terminer une communication, appuyez sur le

bouton rouge du Parrot MINIKIT.

Rglage du volume

En cours de communication, tournez la molette duParrot MINIKIT, ou rglez le volume directement

depuis votre tlphone. Le volume est sauvegard

pour les communications suivantes.

Mode discret

En cours de communication, si vous voulez reprendre la

comunication sur votre tlphone (communication prive), appuyez

sur le bouton vert du Parrot MINIKIT. La communication bascule sur le tlphone. Si vous voulez repasser sur le kit, appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton vert.

Envoi de DTMF

Pendant une communication, vous pouvez envoyer des DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Fre quency). Cela permet de grer votre messagerie vocale par exemple.

Appuyez sur le rotateur, le kit nonce 0 .

Tournez la molette pour faire dfiler les chiffres.

Appuyez sur la molette pour envoyer ce numro au tlphone.

Rptez cette squence pour envoyer dautres DTMF.

Effacer la mmoire

Vous pouvez jumeler jusqu 5 appareils.

Si vous jumelez un sixime tlphone, le kit nonce mmoire pleine .

Vous devez effacer la mmoire en appuyant sur vert et rouge simultanment pendant3 secondes. Ceci efface aussi tous les contacts et empreintes vocales associes.

Accder aux menus du kit

Appuyez sur la molette centrale pour accder aux menus.

Naviguez dans les menus en tournant la molette, et validez avec le bouton vert ou en

appuyant sur la molette.

Langue :Slection de la langue. Volume :Permet de rgler le volume des menus vocaux. Ajouter un contact :Ce menu prpare le Parrot MINIKIT recevoir un contact

(envoys un par un, voir le chapitre Recevoir des contacts ).

Enregistrer les mots cls : Pour utiliser la reconnaissance vocale et toutes ses possi -bilits, enregistrez les mots cls gnral , mobile , travail , maison , autre .

Mise jour : Activez cette option avant de faire la mise jour par Bluetooth(www.parrot.biz, rubrique Tlchargement).

Reconnaissance vocale

Pour utiliser la reconnaissance vocale du Parrot MINIKIT, vous devez suivre les tapes

suivantes :

Enregistrer les mots cls :

Cliquez sur le bouton central, le kit annonce Langue ainsi que le nom de la langueen cours dutilisation par le kit.

Tournez la molette jusqua ce que le kit annonce Enregistrer les mots cls, etvalidez.

Le kit annonce Enregistrer tous les mots cls. Dans lventualit ou un ou plusieurs mots cls seraient dj enregistrs, le kit sepositionne sur le premier mot cl non enregistr.

Appuyez sur le bouton central ou le bouton vert pour commencer lenregistrement.Suivez les indications donnes par le kit.

Quand un mot cl est bien enregistr, le kit passe automatiquement au suivant. Ds que tous les mots cls sont correctement enregistrs, le kit les activera automatiquement.

Vous pouvez quitter le menu tout moment en appuyant sur le bouton rouge etrevenir enregistrer ou modifier les mots cls quand vous le souhaitez.

Si vous ne souhaitez pas enregistrer tous les mots cls, tournez la molette pouraccder au mot souhait.

Recevoir des contacts

Pour utiliser la reconnaissance vocale du Parrot MINIKIT, vous devez envoyer lescontacts par Bluetooth depuis votre mobile vers le Parrot MINIKIT (si votre tlphone le

supporte).

Suivre les tapes suivantes :

Allez dans le menu Recevoir des contacts . Pressez la molette ou appuyez sur le bouton vert : le Parrot MINIKIT et le tlphone se

dconnectent, le Parrot MINIKIT est prt recevoir des contacts.

Depuis votre tlphone, allez dans rpertoire, slectionnez votre contact, faites

Option, et envoyez par Bluetooth.

Slectionnez Parrot MINIKIT dans la liste (entrez 1234 comme code PIN si votretlphone vous le demande).

Une fois reu, le kit vous demande denregistrer le nom correspondant ce contact.Cette empreinte vocale sera assigne ce contact.

Dornavant, pour appeler ce contact depuis le Parrot MINIKIT, voici la proc-dure :

Pressez le bouton vert. Aprs le bip, dites le nom pr-enregistr. Si votre contact plusieurs numros, prcisez Maison, Bureau, Mobile aprs le bip.

Votre tlphone appelle ce contact, et la communication se fait par le Parrot MINIKIT.

MISE JOUR

Il est possible de mettre jour par Bluetooth le Parrot MINIKIT. Le protocole de mise jour est scuris. Tlchargez depuis notre site web www.parrot.biz les utilitairesde flashage.

La mise jour permet de rendre compatible plus dappareils sources.

PRIMEROS PASOS

Cargar el Parrot MINIKIT

Antes de utilizar el Parrot MINIKIT por primera vez, deber cargarlo.Utilice la toma de corriente o la del mechero de su vehculo.El color de la LED cambiar de naranja a verde cuando haya finalizado la carga (la LED nose encender hasta que no se conecte el cargador).

Cuando la carga de la batera se est agotando, el dispositivo emitir una serie de pitidos.

Se incluye un enganche para colocar el Parrot MINIKIT en el parasol del vehculo y poder

Conexin de un telfono o una PDA Bluetooth

El Parrot MINIKIT incluye un modo de emparejamiento especial para poder utilizar todas

las funciones de su telfono.

Emparejamiento genrico: la mayora de los telfonos con perfil manos libres oHFP (Handsfree) :

Una vez que haya cargado el Parrot MINIKIT, deber emparejarlo con su telfono o PDABluetooth.

Busque los perifricos Bluetooth disponibles desde su telfono (consulte el manualde instrucciones del mvil o entre en la seccin Apoyo al cliente de la pgina

www.parrot.biz).

Seleccione MINIKIT. Introduzca el cdigo 1234 en su telfono cuando se lo pida.

El Parrot MINIKIT emitir el mensaje Acoplamiento realizado cuando se conectenlos dos dispositivos. El equipo emitir un bip cuando se haya realizado la conexin.

Se seleccionar automticamente el idioma si su telfono admite esta funcin. De locontrario, podr seleccionarlo manualmente.

Emparejamiento especial: telfonos con perfil HSP o Headset (consulte el

manual del mvil o visite www.parrot.biz) :

Pulse el botn rojo y la rueda al mismo tiempo durante 3 segundos. Las LEDs verde yrojo parpadean. Parrot MINIKIT podr detectarse por Bluetooth durante 3 minutos.

Busque los perifricos Bluetooth disponibles desde su telfono (consulte el manualde instrucciones del mvil o entre en la seccin Apoyo al cliente de la pgina www.

parrot.biz).

Seleccione MINIKIT.

Introduzca el cdigo 1234 en su telfono cuando se lo pida.

El Parrot MINIKIT emitir el mensaje Acoplamiento realizado cuando se conectenlos dos dispositivos. El equipo emitir un bip cuando se haya realizado la conexin.

Descripcin y uso de las funciones

Realizar una llamada manualmente

Introduzca el nmero en el teclado del telfono y pulse el botn de llamada.

La comunicacin pasar automticamente al modo manos libres. De lo contrario,pulse el botn verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

Realizar una llamada mediante reconocimiento de voz

Pulse el botn verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

Despus del bip, pronuncie el nombre del interlocutor.

IMPORTANTE :Los nombres de los interlocutores desu agenda debern estar grabados previamente en eltelfono o en el equipo (consulte el captulo Reco-

nocimiento de voz).

Al utilizar el reconocimiento de voz, espere al segundobip y pronuncie : Domicilio, Trabajo, Mvil,General u Otro.

Recibir llamadas

En el Parrot MINIKIT, las llamadas entrantes se avisan mediante sonido y parpadeosde las LEDs verde y rojo.

Pulse el botn verde del dispositivo para descolgar la llamada.

Colgar llamadas

Para cortar la comunicacin, pulse el botn rojo.

Rellamadas

Pulse durante dos segundos el botn verde paravolver a llamar al mismo nmero entrante.

Ajuste del volumen

Durante la comunicacin, gire la rueda del ParrotMINIKIT o ajuste el volumen directamente desde elmvil. El volumen se mantendr en el mismo nivelpara las siguientes llamadas.

Pasar a modo discreto

Durante la comunicacin, si desea continuar la conversa- cin con el telfono (en privado), pulse el botn verde del

Parrot MINIKIT. La comunicacin pasa a transmitirse desde el mvil.

Si desea volver a utilizar el manos libres, pulse de nuevo el botn verde.

Envo DTMF

Durante la comunicacin es posible utilizar la marcacin por tonos multifrecuencia(DTMF). til para manejar el contestador automtico por ejemplo.

Pulse la rueda para que aparezca en el equipo la cifra 0.

Gire la rueda para que las dems cifras vayan desfilando.

Pulse la rueda para seleccionar los nmeros correspondientes y enviarlos al mvil.

Repita la secuencia para cada nmero.

Borrar la memoria

Es posible emparejar hasta cinco dispositivos diferentes.

Al pretender emparejar un sexto dispositivo, el equipo mostrar el mensaje memoriallena.

Puede borrar la memoria pulsando los botones verde y rojo al mismo tiempo durante

3 segundos. De este modo se borrarn todos los contactos y las grabaciones vocales decada uno.

Reconocimiento de voz

Para utilizar el reconocimiento de voz del Parrot MINIKIT, siga los siguientes pasos :

Grabar palabras clave :

Pulse le botn central, el equipo mostrar Idioma y la lengua correspondienteseleccionada.

Gire la rueda hasta que aparezca Grabar palabras clave y acepte.

Aparecer Grabar palabras clave.

En el caso de que ya se hayan grabado algunas palabras clave, el equipo mostrar la

primera que todava no lo est. Pulse el botn central o el verde para iniciar la grabacin. Siga las indicaciones delequipo.

En cuanto una palabra est bien grabada, el equipo pasar a la siguiente.

Cuando estn todas grabadas, el equipo las activar automticamente.

Es posible abandonar el men cuando lo desee con solo pulsar el botn rojo y volvera grabar o modificar las palabras clave en otro momento.

Si no desea grabar todas las palabras clave, gire la rueda para acceder al mendeseado.

Recibir contactos

Para utilizar el reconocimiento de voz de Parrot MINIKIT, es necesario enviar los contac-tos por Bluetooth desde el mvil (si este dispone del perfil adecuado).

Siga estas fases :

Acceda al men Recibir contactos. Pulse la rueda o el botn verde. Los dispositivos se desconectan y el Parrot MINIKIT ya

puede recibir contactos.

Desde el telfono, acceda a la agenda, seleccione el contacto y en Opciones,seleccione Enviar por Bluetooth.

Seleccione Parrot MINIKIT en la lista (introduzca 1234 como cdigo PIN si mvilsolicita uno).

Una vez recibido, el equipo solicitar que se grabe el nombre correspondiente de

dicho contacto. La grabacin quedar asociada a ese contacto.

A partir de ahora, para llamar a ese contacto desde el Parrot MINIKIT, proceda

como sigue :

Pulse el botn verde.

Si el contacto dispone de varios nmeros grabados, espere al segundo bip y precise :Domicilio, Oficina, Mvil, etctera.

El mvil proceder a llamar al contacto y la comunicacin se realizar a travs deParrot MINIKIT.

ACTUALIZACIN

Es posible actualizar el Parrot MINIKIT a travs de Bluetooth mediante un protocolode actualizacin seguro. Descargue desde nuestra pgina www.parrot.biz las utilida

ERSTE VERWENDUNG

Laden des Parrot MINIKIT

Vor der ersten Verwendung muss der Parrot MINIKIT aufgeladen werden.Dazu knnen Sie eine Netzsteckdose oder den Zigarettenanznder Ihres Wagens verwen-den.Sobald der Akku den vollen Ladestand erreicht hat, wechselt die Farbe der LED vonorange zu grn (bei nicht angeschlossenem Ladegert leuchtet die LED nicht).

Bei einem niedrigen Akkuladestand gibt das Gert eine Reihe von Signaltnen aus.

Damit Ihnen alle Funktionen Ihres Mobiltelefons zur Verfgung stehen, stellt der Parrot

MINIKIT einen speziellen, integrierten Kopplungsmodus bereit.Allgemeine Kopplung fr den Groteil der Mobiltelefone (mit Untersttzungdes Profils Handsfree) :

Wenn Sie Ihren Parrot MINIKIT aufgeladen haben, mssen Sie ihn mit Ihrem Bluetooth-fhigen Mobiltelefon bzw. PDA koppeln.

Starten Sie ausgehend von Ihrem Bluetooth-Telefon eine Suche nach Bluetooth-Pe ripheriegerten (sehen Sie sich diesbezglich die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Telefons

an oder besuchen Sie unsere Website www.parrot.biz, Rubrik Kundenkontakt).

Whlen Sie MINIKIT. Geben Sie bei der entsprechenden Aufforderung den Code 1234 auf Ihrem Telefon

ein.

Sobald die zwei Gerte miteinander gekoppelt sind, gibt der Parrot MINIKIT denHinweis Kopplung erfolgreich! aus. Eine erfolgreiche Kopplung wird durch einenSignalton ausgewiesen.

Die Sprache wird automatisch gewhlt, sofern diese Funktion von Ihrem Telefonuntersttzt wird. Andernfalls mssen Sie die Sprache selbst einstellen.

Drcken Sie gleichzeitig die rote Taste und den Drehregler und halten Sie sie 3Sekunden lang gedrckt. Die grne und die rote LED blinken. Damit ist der ParrotMINIKIT 3 Minuten lang als Bluetooth-Gert identifizierbar.

Geben Sie die Rufnummer ber die Tastatur Ihres Telefons ein und starten Sie denVerbindungsaufbau.

Das Gesprch wird automatisch in den Freisprechmodus geschaltet. Ist das nicht derFall, dann drcken Sie die grne Taste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT.

Ttigen eines Anrufs ber die Spracherkennung

Drcken Sie die grne Taste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT. Sprechen Sie nach dem Signalton den Namen des

gewnschten Teilnehmers.

WICHTIG :Sie mssen zuvor die entsprechendenStimmabdrcke auf Ihrem Telefon oder der Freispre-

chein richtung gespeichert haben (siehe Kapitel Spracher kennung).

Bei Verwendung der Spracherkennungsfunktion der Freispre cheinrichtung mssen Sie nach dem zweiten Signalton Ihre Auswahl przisieren :

Privat, Bro, Handy, Allgemein oder Sonstige.

Entgegennehmen eines Anrufs

Ein eingehender Anruf wird durch einen Rufton und das Blinken der grnen und rotenLED auf dem Parrot MINIKIT ausgewiesen.

Beenden eines Anrufs

Um ein Gesprch zu beenden, drcken Sie die roteTaste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT.

Wahlwiederholung

Drcken Sie die grne Taste auf der Freisprecheinrich tung und halten Sie sie 2 Sekunden lang gedrckt, um die

zuletzt gewhlte Nummer erneut zu whlen.

Einstellen der Lautstrke

Drehen Sie whrend des Gesprchs das Reglerradauf dem Parrot MINIKIT oder stellen Sie die Lauts-

trke direkt ber Ihr Mobiltelefon ein. Die ein- gestellte Lautstrke wird fr alle folgenden Gespr- che gespeichert.

Wechseln in den diskreten Modus

Wenn Sie ein laufendes Gesprch auf Ihr Telefon zurckschalten mchten (privatesGesprch), drcken Sie die grne Taste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT. Das Gesprch wirddadurch auf Ihr Telefon umgeschaltet.

Wenn Sie nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder die Freisprecheinrichtung verwenden mchten, drcken Sie die grne Taste erneut.

Verwenden des Tonwahlverfahrens (MFV/DTMF)

Bei aktiver Kommunikation knnen Sie nach Bedarf DTMF-Frequenzen senden (Dual-

Tone Multi-Frequency). Das ermglicht Ihnen z. B. die Steuerung Ihrer Sprachmailbox. Drcken Sie den Drehregler. Die Freisprecheinrichtung gibt daraufhin den Hinweis 0

aus.

Drehen Sie das Reglerrad, um die verfgbaren Ziffern zu durchlaufen. Drcken Sie das Reglerrad, um die gewhlte Ziffer an das Telefon zu senden. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang, wenn Sie weitere DTMF-Wahltne bertragen

mchten.

Sie knnen die Freisprecheinrichtung mit bis zu 5 Gerten koppeln. Bei dem Versuch, ein sechstes Telefon zu koppeln, gibt die Freisprecheinrichtung den

Hinweis Speicher voll aus.

Sie mssen in diesem Fall den Speicher leeren. Drcken Sie dazu gleichzeitig die roteund die grne Taste und halten Sie sie 3 Sekunden lang gedrckt. Dabei werdenebenfalls alle Kontakte und zugehrigen Stimmabdrcke gelscht.

Um die Spracherkennungsfunktion des Parrot MINIKIT heranziehen zu knnen, mssenSie folgende Arbeitsschritte ausfhren :

Wenn bereits eines oder mehrere Schlsselwrter gespeichert wurden, identifiziert die

Freisprecheinrichtung das erste noch nicht gespeicherte Schlsselwort. Drcken Sie die Mitteltaste bzw. die grne Taste, um die Aufzeichnung zu starten.

Halten Sie sich an die von der Freisprecheinrichtung ausgegebenen Anweisungen.

Sobald ein Schlsselwort erfolgreich gespeichert wurde, geht die Freisprecheinrich- tung zum nchsten Schlsselwort ber.

Nach der erfolgreichen Aufzeichnung aller Schlsselwrter werden diese automatischaktiviert.

Sie knnen das Men dann jederzeit verlassen, indem Sie die rote Taste drcken,und ganz nach Bedarf zu den Schlsselwrtern zurckkehren, um sie aufzuzeichnen

oder nderungen vorzunehmen. Wenn Sie nur bestimmte Schlsselwrter aufzeichnen mchten, drehen Sie dasReglerrad, bis Sie das gewnschte Schlsselwort erreicht haben.

Sie Ihre Kontakte von Ihrem Mobiltelefon per Bluetooth an den Parrot MINIKIT bertragen (sofern Ihr Telefon diesen Vorgang untersttzt).

Fhren Sie folgende Arbeitsschritte aus :

Rufen Sie das Men Kontakte empfangen auf. Drcken Sie das Reglerrad oder die grne Taste : Zwischen dem Parrot MINIKIT und

dem Telefon wird eine Verbindung hergestellt, der Parrot MINIKIT ist dann bereit frden Empfang der Kontakte.

Rufen Sie auf Ihrem Telefon das Adressbuch auf, whlen Sie den gewnschten Kontaktund anschlieend die Option fr eine bertragung per Bluetooth.

Whlen Sie den Parrot MINIKIT in der verfgbaren Liste (geben Sie den PIN-Code

1234 ein, wenn Sie von Ihrem Telefon dazu aufgefordert werden). Nach Empfang des Kontakts werden Sie von der Freisprecheinrichtung zur Aufzeich- nung des zugehrigen Namens aufgefordert. Der gespeicherte Stimmabdruck wird

dem Kontakt dann zugeordnet.

Ein auf diese Weise gespeicherter Kontakt kann ber den Parrot MINIKIT dannwie folgt angerufen werden :

Drcken Sie die grne Taste. Sprechen Sie nach dem Signalton den zuvor aufgezeichneten Namen. Wenn fr den Kontakt mehrere Rufnummern gespeichert wurden, identifizieren Sie die

gewnschte Nummer nach dem Signalton als Privat, Geschftlich, Handy usw.

Prima di utilizzarlo per la prima volta, necessario caricare il Parrot MINIKIT.Utilizzare la presa di rete o la presa dellaccendisigari dellauto.Una volta completato il processo di carica, il colore del LED cambia da arancione a verde(il LED non si illumina se il caricatore non collegato).

Connessione del telefono/PDA Bluetooth

Per consentire luso di tutte le funzioni del telefono, stata integrata nel Parrot MINIKIT

una modalit di associazione speciale.

Associazione generica, relativa alla maggior parte dei telefoni che supportanoil profilo Handsfree (vivavoce)

Una volta caricato il Parrot MINIKIT, necessario eseguire lassociazione del telefono/PDA Bluetooth.

Dal telefono Bluetooth, avviare una ricerca delle periferiche Bluetooth (consultare leistruzioni del telefono o la sezione Assistenza allindirizzo www.parrot.biz).

Selezionare MINIKIT. Immettere 1234 sul telefono, quando richiesto. Quando i due apparecchi sono connessi, il Parrot MINIKIT emette un messaggio ad

indicare che lassociazione stata eseguita. Una volta connesso, lapparecchio emetteun segnale acustico.

La lingua viene selezionata automaticamente, se il telefono supporta tale funzione.Diversamente, possibile selezionare manualmente la lingua.

Associazione speciale, relativa ai telefoni che supportano il profilo Headset(auricolare; consultare le istruzioni del telefono oppure visitare il sito Webwww.parrot.biz) :

Premere contemporaneamente il tasto rosso e la rotellina per 3 secondi. Il LED verdee il LED rosso cominciano a lampeggiare. Il Parrot MINIKIT risulta visibile medianteBluetooth per 3 minuti.

Dal telefono Bluetooth, avviare una ricerca delle periferiche Bluetooth (consultare le

Comporre il numero utilizzando la tastiera del telefono ed effettuare la chiamata. La comunicazione passa automaticamente alla modalit vivavoce. Se ci non avviene,

premere il tasto verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

Esecuzione delle chiamate mediante riconoscimentovocale :

Premere il tasto verde del Parrot MINIKIT. Dopo il segnale acustico, pronunciare il nome dellin- terlocutore desiderato.

IMPORTANTE : necessario avere precedentementeregistrato i nomi vocali sul telefono o sul kit (vedere ilcapitolo Riconoscimento vocale).

Se viene utilizzata la funzione di riconoscimento vocale del kit, dopo ilsecondo

segnale acustico pronunciare Casa, Lavoro, Cellulare, Generale o Altro.

Ricezione delle chiamate

La chiamata in arrivo indicata da una suoneria e dai LED verde e rosso che lampeg- giano sul Parrot MINIKIT.

Premere il tasto verde dellapparecchio per rispondere alla chiamata.

Interruzione delle chiamate

Per terminare una chiamata, premere il tasto rosso

del Parrot MINIKIT.

Funzione di ripetizione degli ultimi numerichiamati

Premere per 2 secondi il tasto verde del kit per richia- mare lultimo numero composto.

Regolazione del volume

Durante una chiamata, ruotare la rotellina del ParrotMINIKIT oppure regolare il volume direttamente daltelefono. Il volume viene mantenuto sullo stessolivello per le chiamate successive.

Passaggio alla modalit privata

Se durante una chiamata si desidera riprendere la comunicazione sul telefono (comunicazione privata), premere il tasto verde del Parrot MINIKIT. La chiamata viene

trasferita sul telefono. Se si desidera tornare al kit, premere di nuovo il tasto verde.

Invio di DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency)

Durante una chiamata possibile inviare toni DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency). Ciconsente ad esempio di gestire la messaggeria vocale.

Premere la rotellina; il kit visualizza il seguente messaggio: 0. Ruotare la rotellina per fare scorrere le cifre. Premere la rotellina per inviare il numero al telefono. Ripetere la procedura per inviare altri toni DTMF.

Come svuotare la memoria

possibile eseguire lassociazione di un massimo di 5 apparecchi. Se viene associato un sesto telefono, il kit visualizza un messaggio ad indicare che la

memoria piena.

necessario svuotare la memoria premendo contemporaneamente il tasto verde e il tasto rosso per 3 secondi. Questa operazione elimina inoltre tutti i contatti e i

relativi nomi vocali.

Nota : Luso di alcune di queste funzioni (riconoscimento vocale, ripetizionedegli ultimi numeri chiamati, modalit privata) dipende esclusivamente daltelefono in uso (supporto del profilo Handsfree o Headset). Per ulteriori informa-

Volume :consente di regolare il volume dei menu vocali. Aggiunta di un contatto :questo menu predispone il Parrot MINIKIT a ricevere uncontatto (inviati uno alla volta, vedere il capitolo Ricezione di contatti).

Registrazione delle parole chiave : per utilizzare la funzione di riconoscimentovocale e tutte le opzioni associate, registrare le seguenti parole chiave : generale,cellulare, lavoro, casa, altro.

Riconoscimento vocale

Per utilizzare la funzione di riconoscimento vocale del Parrot MINIKIT, necessario

attenersi alla procedura riportata di seguito.

Registrazione delle parole chiave

Fare clic sul tasto centrale, quindi il kit emette il messaggio Lingua, seguito dal nomedella lingua attualmente in uso dal kit.

Ruotare la rotellina fino a quando il kit emette il messaggio Registrare la parolechiave, quindi confermare.

Il kit emette il messaggio Registrare tutte le parole chiave. Se una o pi parole chiave sono gi state registrate, il kit si posiziona sulla prima

parola chiave non ancora registrata.

Premere il tasto centrale o il tasto verde per avviare la registrazione. Seguire leindicazioni fornite dal kit.

Se una parola chiave stata registrata correttamente, il kit passa automaticamentealla successiva.

Una volta registrate correttamente tutte le parole chiave, il kit le attiva automaticamente.

possibile uscire dal menu premendo il tasto rosso e riprendere la registrazione/mo dificare la parole chiave in qualsiasi momento. Se non si desidera registrare tutte le parole chiave, ruotare la rotellina per accedere

alla parola desiderata.

Ricezione di contatti

Per utilizzare la funzione di riconoscimento vocale del Parrot MINIKIT, necessarioinviare i contatti tramite Bluetooth dal telefono cellulare in uso al Parrot MINIKIT (se iltelefono supporta tale funzione).

Eseguire le operazioni descritte di seguito

Accedere al menu Ricezione di contatti. Premere la rotellina o il tasto verde : il Parrot MINIKIT e il telefono si disconnettono,

quindi il Parrot MINIKIT pronto a ricevere contatti.

Dal telefono, accedere alla rubrica e selezionare il contatto desiderato, quindi selezio-

nare Opzioni e inviare tramite Bluetooth.

Selezionare Parrot MINIKIT nellelenco (se richiesto, inserire 1234 come codice PIN). Una volta ricevuto il contatto, il kit richieder di registrare il nome corrispondente allo

stesso. Il nome vocale registrato verr assegnato al contatto.

Una volta eseguite le suddette operazioni, per chiamare il contatto dal ParrotMINIKIT attenersi alla procedura riportata di seguito.

Premere il tasto verde. Dopo il segnale acustico, pronunciare il nome precedentemente registrato. Se il contatto dispone di pi numeri, dopo il segnale acustico specificare Casa, Ufficio,

Cellulare e cos via.

Il telefono chiama il contatto, quindi la conversazione avviene tramite il ParrotMINIKIT.

Descrio e utilizao das respectivas funes

Fazer uma chamada manualmente

Digite o nmero utilizando as teclas do telefone e proceda ligao. A comunicao imediatamente transferida para o modo mos livres. Se isso noacontecer, prima o boto verde do Parrot MINIKIT.

Fazer uma chamada por reconhecimento de voz

Prima o boto verde do Parrot MINIKIT. Pronuncie o nome do seu interlocutor aps o sinal

sonoro.

IMPORTANTE : Dever proceder, previamente, gravao de comandos de voz no seu telefone ou nokit (consultar o captulo Reconhecimento de voz).

Se utilizar o reconhecimento de voz do kit, pronuncieCasa, Trabalho, Telemvel, Geral ou Outro apso segundo sinal.

Receber uma chamada

A recepo de uma chamada assinalada atravs de um sinal sonoro e dos LED verdee vermelho do Parrot MINIKIT, que comeam a piscar.

Para atender prima o boto verde.

Desligar uma chamada

Para terminar uma comunicao, prima o boto

vermelho do Parrot MINIKIT.

Funo Bis (Remarcao)

Prima o boto verde do kit durante dois segundos paravoltar a ligar para o ltimo interlocutor.

Regulao do volume

Durante uma comunicao pode regular o volumedo som utilizando o boto rotativo do ParrotMINIKIT, ou faz-lo directamente a partir do seutelefone. Esse volume ser mantido nas comunica

es que se seguirem.

Passar para o modo silencioso

Durante uma comunicao, se pretender retomar a chamadano seu telefone (comunicao privada), deve premir o boto verde do Parrot MINIKIT.

A comunicao transferida para o telefone. Se pretender voltar a transferi-la para o kit, prima de novo o boto verde.

Envio de DTMF

Durante uma comunicao, pode enviar sinais DTMF (Multifrequncia bitonal - Dual- Tone Multi-Frequency). Isso permite, por exemplo, programar o envio de mensagens

de voz.

Prima o selector rotativo, o kit indicar 0. Mova o boto rotativo para aceder lista de nmeros. Prima o boto rotativo para enviar esse nmero para o telefone. Repita esta sequncia para enviar outros sinais DTMF.

Apagar a memria

Pode emparelhar um mximo de 5 aparelhos. Se tentar emparelhar um sexto aparelho, o kit indicar memria cheia.

Para apagar a memria, prima simultaneamente o boto verde e o boto vermelhodurante 3 segundos. Esse procedimento apagar tambm todos os contactos ecomandos de voz associados.

Nota: A utilizao de algumas destas funes (Reconhecimento de voz, Remar-cao, Modo Silencioso) vai depender unicamente do seu telefone (suporte doHandsfree ou Headset Profile). Para mais informaes visite o menu Support emwww.parrot.biz.

verde ou premindo o boto rotativo.

Idioma :Escolha do idioma.

Volume :Permite regular o volume dos menus de voz. Adicionar um contacto :Este menu prepara o Parrot MINIKIT para receber umcontacto (enviados um de cada vez, consultar o captulo Receber contactos).

Registar palavras-chave :Para utilizar o reconhecimento de voz e todas as suaspossibilidades, registe as palavras-chave geral, telemvel, trabalho, casa,outro.

Reconhecimento de voz

Para utilizar o reconhecimento de voz do Parrot MINIKIT, deve seguir as seguintes etapas :

Registar palavras-chave

Clique no boto central, o kit indicar Idioma bem como o idioma que est a serutilizado pelo kit.

Mova o boto rotativo at que no kit surja a indicao Registar palavras-chave, evalide em seguida.

O kit indicar Registar todas as palavras-chave.

No caso de se encontrarem j registadas uma ou mais palavras-chave, o kit posicio- nar-se- na primeira palavra no registada. Prima o boto central ou o boto verde para comear a registar. Siga as indicaes

dadas pelo kit.

Quando uma palavra-chave registada correctamente, o kit passa automaticamentepara a palavra seguinte.

Depois de registadas correctamente todas as palavras-chave, o kit activ-las-automaticamente.

Pode abandonar o menu a qualquer momento premindo o boto vermelho, e voltar aregistar ou modificar as palavras-chave sempre que quiser.

Se no quiser registar todas as palavras-chave, mova o boto rotativo para aceder palavra pretendida.

Receber contactos

Para utilizar o reconhecimento de voz do Parrot MINIKIT, deve enviar os contactosatravs de Bluetooth a partir do seu telemvel para o Parrot MINIKIT (caso seja suportadopelo seu telefone).

Seguir as seguintes etapas

Aceda ao menu Receber contactos. Prima o boto rotativo ou o boto verde: o Parrot MINIKIT e o telefone so desligados

e o Parrot MINIKIT est pronto para receber contactos.

A partir do seu telefone, aceda ao directrio, seleccione o seu contacto, escolhaOption (Opo), e envie atravs de Bluetooth.

Uma vez recebido, o kit pede-lhe para registar o nome que corresponde a este

contacto. Este comando de voz ser atribudo a este contacto.

Doravante, para telefonar para este contacto a partir do Parrot MINIKIT, pro-ceda da seguinte forma :

Prima o boto verde. Aps o sinal sonoro, pronuncie o nome registado previamente. Caso o seu contacto tenha vrios nmeros, especifique Casa, trabalho, telemvel

aps o sinal sonoro.

O seu telefone liga para este contacto, e a comunicao feita pelo Parrod MINIKIT.
