    Encourage and support your child. Make them feel goodabout being involved in swimming. It is a lifelong activity.Please follow correct lines of communication through JohnBellamy as first point of contact.Be supportive of the program and the coaches.Keep coach up to date with any issues.Do not disturb coaches while they are coaching.Keep off the pool coaching area during training.Support children in their competitions and other swimmingactivities.Try to keep their lives balanced with things other than justswimming.Support good nutrition.
