FLOWERS FOR MARY: Students are encouraged to bring flowers and put them in front of the statue of our Lady. YEARBOOK SALES: We still have about 17 yearbooks left for sale. We will be taking orders until those run out. You can also order on our school website. Yearbook signing day will be May 31st. JOG-A-THON: Jog-A-Thon will be on Friday, May 13th at Hutchins Street Square. Students may wear a free dress shirt with their school uniform shorts (remember no tank tops) along with crazy socks. The pledge envelope and money and due on May 18th. Volunteers are still needed…please contact Christina Moreno at 329-0821 or [email protected] for more information. Please see the attached flyer for more details. FIRST HOLY COMMUNION: The First Holy Communion ceremony will be held on May 21st at 10:00 am. FIRST HOLY COMMUNION PRACTICE: Holy Communion practice will be held on May 18th at 3:45 pm in the church. At least one parent needs to be present at practice. RE-REGISTRATION PACKETS: The re-registration packets for next school year will be sent home tomorrow via email. Please take a moment to read all information and return the appropriate forms to the office by Friday, May 13th. You can now pay the registration fee on our school website using the Smart Tuition button. 8TH GRADE CONFIRMATION CEREMONY: The 8th Grade Confirmation Ceremony will be held on May 24th at 7:00 pm in the church. CONFIRMATION REHEARSAL: The Confirmation rehearsal will be held on Friday, May 20th at 6:00 pm in the church. The student and sponsor must be present at the rehearsal.

FIELD DAY, MINIMUM DAY: Friday, May 27th is Field Day. The students will be dismissed at approximately 12:30 pm from school. Parents are asked not to pick up students from Hutchins Street Square. Volunteers are needed for this event. Please see attached memo for more information. NO CAMPUS CARE: We will not be having afternoon Campus Care on Friday, May 27th. Dismissal will be at 12:30 pm. The school office will close at 1:00 pm. please make arrangements to pick up your children at 12:30 pm. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FIELD DAY: Volunteers are needed for Field Day on Friday May 27th. Start earning SOS hours for the new school year. Please fill out the attached form and return to the school office. SOS HOUR REQUIREMENT: The SOS Hour requirement must be met by May 15th. Families not completing the 15 hours will be assessed a fine. In order for any hours to be recorded properly, they must be submitted on an SOS Hour Form. Everyone must complete and submit a form. Forms are available in the office. LAST DAY OF SCHOOL: The last day of school will be Friday, June 3rd. Dismissal will be at approximately 11:00 am. NO CAMPUS CARE: There will be no afternoon Campus Care on Friday, June 3rd. The school office will close at 12:00 pm. LAST DAY OF HOT LUNCH: THURSDAY, MAY 26TH WILL BE THE LAST DAY WE SERVE HOT LUNCH. STUDENTS WILL NEED TO BRING A LUNCH FROM HOME FOR THE LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL.

BINGO SCHEDULE: Please be sure to check the Bingo schedule on Cornerstone for your assigned shift. MASS ATTENDANCE CARDS: Please remember to use your Mass Attendance cards when you go to Mass at St. Anne’s. If you ran out of Mass cards you can get more in the school office. Mass attendance requires 26 attendance dates to continue in the Catholic tuition rate. ONLINE PAYMENT UPDATE: Payments for lunch, yearbook and registration can now be made online. See Smart Tuition link on our school website stanneslodi.org/school. ATTENTION 6TH GRADE PARENTS: California Law requires all incoming 7th grade students to be immunized against Pertussis 2 (Tdap). All students entering 7th grade in August will need to provide proof of a Tdap booster before starting school. REGISTRATION DAY: Registration Day will be August 4, 2016.

SCHOOL FIELD DAY
May 27, 2016 Dear Parents The school year is coming to an end. It’s that time again to start getting ready for our all school field day at HUTCHINS STREET SQUARE ON FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2016. We are going to need a lot of helpers. At this time you can start earning S.O.S. hours for the 2016 - 2017 school year. The field day activities start at 9:00 a.m. but we would like helpers to arrive at 7:45 a.m. We should be finished by 12:00 noon. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CHILDREN AT THE SCHOOL AT 12:30 P.M. The students and helpers will receive free lunch from the Parent Club. It will also be a free dress day, appropriate clothing for the activities. NO SANDALS, OPEN TOED SHOES OR TANK TOPS! Please fill out the bottom portion of this letter and return it to school no later than May 17th so we can plan out all the activities and volunteers. PLEASE NOTE, SIBLINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED WHILE YOU ARE WORKING AT FIELD DAY! ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE FINGERPRINTED, CLEARED, AND HAVE COMPLETED THE SHIELD THE VULNERABLE TRAINING.
