ACCELERATED CCGPS Math Path(3) Beginning the ACCELERATED path in 6th grade will provide more time for path adjustments, if necessary.Created by Kem CarterIt is easier to get on the train when it is not yet moving rather than trying to jump on it as it is speeding down the track!

Address that it will be easier for students to start in the Accelerated Class and THEN transition out, if necessary, rather that try to jump into the curriculum later. Coming into the class later means students could miss critical curriculum instruction.11
