Procedure to download E-cards.

1) Log on to. : https://www.paramounttpa.com and selection option of "For the

Insured" after that select option"View E-card"

2) Select “Insurance Co.” as United India Insurance Co. and then select option

PHS ID if you have the PHS ID number or you can select option of "Employee ID"

3) Enter Group code and your employee code and click on submit.

Group codes-

1. Union Bank of India(Retired)- UABNKR

2. Indian Bank(Retired)- IBANKR

3. Andhra Bank(Retired)- ABANKR

4. State Bank of Hydrabad(Retired)- SBANKR
