Job Description : Trainee Software Engineer

Job Details Title • Trainee Software Engineer

Experience • Fresh Graduates

Job Description • Attend training on various technologies • Able to perform on assignments given during training sessions

Desired Profile

• Minimum cutoff : SSC (60%) – HSC (60%) – Graduation/Post Graduation (55%) • Basic knowledge of computer science, object oriented programming • Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle • Good communication and presentation skills • Good logical, analytical and reasoning skills • Extremely hard working and eager to learn • Well disciplined at work • Good Team Member

Qualification • B.E./M.E. (CS/IT/EC/ETC), B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT/EC/ETC), • BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT), M.Sc. (CS/IT)

T & C • Must provide a Refundable Training Security Deposit for the period of 2 years

Selection Process First Round – Online test (Objective) a) Consist of 15 to 30 questions

b) Time duration : 25 to 40 minutes

c) It contains questions to test person’s basic intelligence, aptitude and logical reasoning skills

Second round - Written test a) Programming Test (using C or C++ or C# or Java or PHP or Python or

algorithm or pseudo-code)

b) It checks more on person’s ability to program and to solve a problem rather than syntactical/grammatical checks of any particular programming languages

c) Time duration : 30 to 40 minutes

Third round - Technical + HR Interview

P.N : Each round is elimination round. To qualify for the next round, candidate has to clear the previous one.

Training Programme for fresher's

Selected candidates will be offered an intensive training from Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He/she has to undergo following process for the period of two (2) yrs.

Phases of Training period:

Training Phase:

• This is an intensive training programme for a period of 6 months.

• Your position will be Trainee Software Engineer.

• A trainee may undergo in-lab as well as on-site training on many software technologies.

Probation Phase:

• Next six months would be of Probation period.

• Your position will be Associate Software Engineer.

• Based on Trainee’s assessed capabilities, opportunities to work on live projects and learn various industrial practices in the field of software development, testing, documentation and support will be provided.

Regular Employment Phase:

• Your position will be Associate Software Engineer.

• Based on your assessed skills, you would be assigned various live projects.

TSD (Training Security Deposit) Process

• Objective: It gives a guarantee towards your association with our company.

Process: Selected candidate has to open a fixed deposit of Rs. One (1) lakh and make a bank guarantee

hypothecated to Paramatrix for the tenure of 2 (Two) years with following terms,

1. Bank Guarantee should be submitted on or before the pre-decided date of joining (Probably July 2015)

2. If candidate does not complete 2 years with Paramatrix As per the agreement, bank will release the TSD to Paramatrix to recover the training cost.

3. If candidate completes 2 years with Paramatrix At the end of 2 years, the TSD will get released. Additionally Paramatrix will pay Rs. 20,000/- as a loyalty bonus to an employee.

Benefits & Remuneration

• The starting remuneration would be Rs.1,20,000/- per annum. This will be revised after a period of one year at the end of trainee's performance appraisal.

• Accommodation Subsidy Programme – One year subsidy Programme

Accommodation facility on sharing basis (Separate for Males & Females)

At the subsidized cost of Rs. 2,000/- per month

Over and above expenses will be bared by the company
