Salmon Arm Fair Parade 2018 Application

Fair Theme: “Fun For Everyone – Salmon Arm Fair 1-2-1”

Deadline for applications: September 3rd, 2018. Forms can be mailed to: Salmon Arm Fair, 351 – 3 St SW, Salmon Arm, V1E 1V4Or scanned & emailed to: parade@salmonarmfair.com

Rules:1. All entries are expected to be 75% decorated – antique vehicles are the only exception.

Entries that do not meet these criteria are subject to an entry fee of $100.00 payable in advance. 2. All entries are to check in at the corner of 10 Street & 5 Ave SW. 3. Marshaling begins at 8am – and all entries must be in position by 9:30am. 4. Judging will be completed by 10:15am.5. There may be NO candy or ANY other objects thrown from the parade unit. Items may be handed to

spectators by persons walking with the unit. This is a safety issue and is non-negotiable. 6. All parade units are to complete the entire parade route. 7. Parade participation does not provide admission to the Fair Grounds8. Have fun, smile & wave.
