Principle: This Technology is based on Photocopy principle, Conventional mechanical

layering and cutting techniques. A typical laser system is used for printing and resin powder as tonner, which

is applied to paper in the exact position indicated by the section data to adhere the two adjacent layers of paper

Consists of six steps

1. Generating a model and printing resin powder.

2. Hot pressing.

3. Cutting the counter.

4. Completing the block.

5. Removing excess material.

6. Post processing.
