Meaning of Sustainable Living • It promotes the health and quality of life

present and future generation while living within the limits of its social and natural system. It reorganization the need for justice and for physical, emotional, intellectual, cultural and spiritual sustenance.

• Education for sustainable living is practical holistic oriented to future needs and challenges. It focuses on the development of core life skillls needed for all ages, it allows every human being to acquire knowledge, skills, attitude and values necessary to shape a sustainable future.

• It requires teaching and learning methods that motivated and empower learners to change there behavior and take action for sustainable development.

•UNESCO (2005-2014) End over that education for sustainable living is one of the important part of education for sustainable development.UNEP (2010) Aims at providing knowledge, values and skills to enable individual and social groups to become actors of change towards more sustainable consumption behaviour.

PERL (The partnership for education and research about responsible living) It is ac International networks of exports researchers teachers and policy maker that are developing methods, materials and guidelines to implement education for sustainable living.
