The undersigned is a graduate student of PSU-Graduate School Urdaneta City who is presently enrolled in the course SPED 214 Program Modification in Special Education this 1ST Sem. S.Y. 2014-2015.

One of the requirements of this course is to have at least 24 hours practicum in any center/school which caters to the children with special needs /exceptionalities. This will help the graduate student to gain first hand experiences on how programs are differentiated and how to manage /deal with special children.
