HI-TECH augmented by qualified personnel experienced in large industrial projects. Hi-

Tech Engineers being operating in India since 1993, providing total end - to - end

solutions to its customers for Electrical Power requirements.

Hi-Tech specializes in the planning and execution of small Diesel Generating sets to Gas

Engine Powered Power Plants catering to the petrochemical, power, fertilizer, cement,

steel, aluminum, and other related industries and has established key solutions to deal

with emergency and shutdown job.

year 1987. Having started executing the work the company has

achieved a valuable customer base all over Gujarat and

INDIA with remarkable success and credibility of business house.

3.6 FABRICATION ACTIVITY

Except industrial type pedestal switchboards, we use sheet folded construction in our

panels. Welding is also minimized by using fasteners (bolts and nuts). This also provides

unitized constructions with CNC Cutting & CNC Bending machine. Further, the panel

boards are fabricated from CRCA sheet having following thickness.

Frames, Load bearing members & large doors : 2.0mm/2.5mm

Partitions & small doors : 1.6mm

Front, back & side coves. : 2.0mm

Gland plate : 2.5mm

Base Channel : 75x6 mm

Gasket of good quality is to be used on all four sides of the door to avoid atmospheric

effect & restrict dust & vermin.

Our Panels have concealed hinges.

Our Panels are dust and vermin proof, front operated, floor mounting, free-standing

compartmentalized, modular type extensible on both side, Double front operated.

5.1 PCC PANEL (POWER CONTROL CENTRE)

Main LT Panel, PCC With single, Multiple incomer, bus couplers with proper interlocking,

Required protection, fault indications, interlocking is provided. Various designs are offered in PCC like top, Middle, Bottom Horizontal bus

chamber, panel with aluminum/copper bus bars, top/bottom/front/rear cable

termination, combinations of APFC Part with PCC.

Required facilities like DG Incomer with AMF Functions, Cut-off of non-essential feeders at the event of failure of mains power.

Panel with provision to connect bus duct at main incomer side.

MAIN PCC PANEL MCC PANEL

5.2 MCC PANEL (MOTOR CONTROL CENTRE)

Duly wired with ACB/MCCB/SFU/DOL/STAR-DELTA/ATS Starters. Various designs provided like single/double front, fixed type, with marshaling

terminations.

Cubicle type extensible on each side. Require Control voltage facilities with control. All starters are provided with type 2 co-ordination where required. Separate busbar chamber for vertical droppers. Can be operating by remote on/off
