Limita al Norte con el Mar Caribe, al Este con la República de Colombia, al Sur con el Océano Pacífico y al Oeste con la República de Costa Rica. Panamá forma un eslabón entre América Central y América del Sur, constituyendo un istmo de 80 Km. de ancho en su sección más angosta.

The Republic of Panamá is located in the center of the Western Hemisphere under the following coordinates: 7º12’07” and 9º38’46” North, 77º09’24” and 83º03’07” West. Uno de los principales atractivos de Ciudad de Panamá es el Causeway o Calzada de Amador, un lugar de esparcimiento al aire libre, donde propios y extraños confluyen día a día para disfrutar de diversas actividades. Se encuentra ubicado en la entrada Pacífica del Canal. Es una vía que une la Ciudad de Panamá con las islas Naos, Culebra, Perico y Flamenco. Esta calzada, fue construida en 1913 con el material extraído del Corte Culebra durante la construcción del Canal de Panamá. Es un lugar perfecto para los amantes del ejercicio. Trotar, caminar, patinar o pasear en bicicleta son actividades comunes. Varias empresas prestan el servicio de alquiler de todo tipo de bicicletas en las que podrá recorrer la calzada a su gusto, bien sea sólo, en pareja o con toda la familia. Disfrute de las hermosas vistas: la ciudad con sus rascacielos al fondo, el Casco Antiguo, observe los buques entrando al Canal de Panamá, el imponente Puente Las Américas y, a lo lejos, la Isla Taboga.Otra atracción es el Centro de Exhibiciones Marinas del Smithsonian, un lugar ideal para que chicos y adultos puedan conocer más sobre la fauna y flora.Pero el Causeway no es unícamente para encontrarse con el ejercicio y la naturaleza. One of the main attractions of Panama City is the Causeway or Calzada de Amador, a place of outdoor

recreation, where locals and visitors converge every day to enjoy various activities. Located at the Pacific entrance of the Canal. It is a

road that links Panama City with the islands Naos, Culebra, Perico and Flamenco. This road was built in 1913 with the material extracted from the Culebra Cut during the construction of the Panama Canal. Is a perfect place for lovers of exercise. The Province of Herrera is located in the Azuero Peninsula. It is the smallest province of the country. Its capital is Chitré.Natural beauties include: forest parks, ecological beaches and thermal waters. The Province of Los Santos is located in the southeast of Azuero Peninsula. Its capital is Las Tablas. Su capital es Llano Tugrí (Buabidí).Wargandí se localiza en el distrito de Pinogana, provincia de Darién. Fue creada en 2000 con parte del territorio norte de la provincia.Madugandí se localiza en las proximidades del río Bayano.
