Kwik Trip gift cards are available after worship on
Saturdays (Tim Hasko) and Sundays (Tom Hasko).
Pentecost purchases these gift cards at a discounted rate
and sells to you at face value. Pentecost also receives a
percentage back from in-store purchases. These make
great Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers. If you are not
worshiping in person and would still like to purchase,
please contact the church office to make arrangements.
If you would like to purchase a
poinsettia for the Christmas
services, please sign up on the
sheet in the narthex. Each plant
is $8. We are in need of 13
plants to fill our wooden cross.
Place your money in the offering
plate labeled “poinsettia”.
We introduced our new digital
directory last week. Be sure to log
in and download a photo and make
sure your information is up to date.
You were all given a startup user
name and password. Please make
sure you change your password to
keep your information secure. If you prefer to use a
printed directory, they will be available early in 2022.
If you need assistance with updating your information or
are having problems logging in, please contact Sue
Hasko in the church office at 262-633-8920, or contact
her by email at [email protected].

Stewardship Corner
October was Pastor Appreciation Month so we thanked our faithful pastor helpers for their Commit “Mint” to our church with a basket full of assorted mints and other items including, of course, a Quick Trip gas card – not too minty but their cars probably liked it better than the mint tea or candy. We have been truly blessed to have three great pastors helping us through this vacancy. We want them to know how much we appreciate their advice, preaching, and visiting our shut-ins.
Sammy’s monthly S’more favorite ~
Send s’more thinking of you notes/texts It’s been a long time since our M&E Board gave us a list of shut-ins and suggested sending notes to them. This is still a great way to share God’s love for our fellow
members- shut in or not.
Favorite Hymns
Here’s your chance to et us know what you’d like to sing. Remember to fill out the favorite hymn sheet on the table in the narthex. As of this writing, we only had 10 turned in. Dave Wagner got the prize for being first and Tim Hasko for the
longest list (22). He probably has more but ran out of room on his sheet!
Veterans Day
Veterans Day has its roots in what was called Armistice Day, when a peace agreement ended World War I on November 11, 1918. President Wilson proclaimed that Armistice Day was to be marked with solemn pride in heroism and with gratitude for victory as well as the “opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice.” In 1954, the remembrance was renamed
Veterans Day to honor all U.S. military personnel. It’s a reminder to pray for and honor all who serve and sacrifice, to support and assist their families, and to pray
that God will bring peace on earth.
Thanks to all of our members who
give of their time, talents, and
treasures.
Thanks, Pastors Retzlaff, Krueger, and Luchterhand
Pastor Krueger Tim Hasko brought Pastor Krueger’s gift to Cudahy where his
church secretary was kind enough to send us this picture.
