Conclusion

• Commercial cards offer significant benefit to government. – Transparency – Efficiency – Savings – Online compatible

• Civilian card programs may go way of Military unless leadership communicates trade-offs between efficiency and control

• Control concerns of other procurement methods are non-transparent, making comparison difficult.
