Solid, Perforated or Open DeckMany of our plastic pallets come with the option of a closedsolid deck or an open ventilated deck. Our pallet boxes withsolid sides offer maximum strength and rigidity, whereperforated sides offer excellent ventilation – popular forgrocery applications. Both types can be easily cleaned.

PrintingWe offer three main printing styles for effectively customisingour pallets and pallet boxes: hot die stamping, screen printingand logo embossing.

Colour OptionsSome of our pallets such as the Hygienic range are stocked in avariety of colours. As standard most pallets are Black in colour.Our pallet boxes we stock in Black, Blue, Grey and Brown.

Why go plastic?100% size and strength consistent.Plastic pallets are moulded under extreme pressure in highlypolished moulds, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracyand loading capacities.Long-lasting, an investment for the future. Plastic pallets havea life span of up to ten years, and sometimes more. This meansthey can last ten times longer than wooden pallets, offering anexcellent return on investment.

Dynamic Load“Dynamic load” refers to the weight that is placed on anobject and then put in motion. For example, a pallet rated for a“dynamic load” of 1000 kg. means you can put up to 1000kg ofan evenly distributed product on the pallet, then the palletcould be placed on a conveyor system or be moved around awarehouse by a forklift or hand pallet truck.

Static Load“Static load” is defined as a non-varying load; when weight isplaced on an object that is kept at rest. An example of a staticload would be a set of pallets that are stacked two or threepallets high. If each pallet had 1000 Kg. on it, then the bottompallet would have a grand total of 3000 Kgs. A static load ratingrefers to a pallet's load rating while the pallet is at rest.

Racking Load“Racking load” is the strength load rating for when a pallet isplaced in a racked system. Racking loads will always be lessthan what a pallet can handle, but as there is normally lesscontact with the pallet the total load capability so somewhat less.

Recyclable, environmentally friendlyNot only are many of our pallets manufactured from recycled plastics they are also recyclable, so at the end of their long working life they can be reground to produce newplastic products.Plastic pallets are exempt from International Standards forPhytosanitary Measures No.15 (ISPM15), which addresses theneed to treat wooden pallets shipped between countries, offeringa hassle-free option for export consignments.

Safe handling, with no nails or splintersThere are no nails, sharp edges or splinters and no risk of loosecomponent parts breaking free under manual lifting conditionsand causing injury to operatives.

No mould or dust contamination issuesThere are no hidden pockets or areas where dirt and dust cancollect, so surfaces remain contaminant-free.

Hygienic, smooth surfaces, free from impuritiesTotally smooth sealed surfaces prevent impuritiesaccumulating in the pallet’s structure, essential for hygienicareas and clean rooms.

Easily cleaned, impervious to moisture, weakacids and alkalisAs plastic pallets are water-resistant they can be repeatedlywashed and steam cleaned manually or with an automated system.They are also impervious to moisture, weak acids and alkalis.

Polypropylene (PP) trays and containers are idealfor use between -10°C to +50°C with many modelsserviceable from -20°C to +60°C (depending onloading and use) and can be put through traywashers (unloaded) in temperatures over +100°Cfor short periods.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) trays andcontainers are ideal for use between -30°C to +30°Cwith many models serviceable from -40°C to +40°C(depending on loading and use) and can be cleanedat higher temperatures up to +80°C.
